Misty Banknell, PA-C (board certified physician assistant) and Senior Laser Practitioner is the founder of Misty Med Spa & Skin Rx. Her career in dermatology began over 25 years ago in Macon, Georgia, where she worked as a Surgical Technologist in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Encouraged by her mentor, Dr. David Cohen, she advanced her education and earned her Physician Assistant degree from South University in Savannah in 2008.

My experience has been fantastic! Misty’s team is honest, authentic, professional and caring. I have never felt like I was in a sales oriented environment. They even told me things that I had requested were things that I didn’t really need which was admirable. From the moment I walk through the door I feel as if I am amongst my besties. Sarah, Geo, Laura, Alli and of course, sweet, sweet Misty are the absolute best!

Misty and her staff are always so welcoming. I tried my 1st session of sofwave 2 months ago. The results have been incredible so far. My jaw is more defined, my chin is disappearing, and acne scars are less visible. After only 2 months and 1 session! I'm 55 and haven't always taken the best care of my skin. Sofwave is a game-changer for me. Be good to yourself and talk with Misty.
