This practice is truly first class in every aspect. Sarah is the most caring and knowledgeable professional, second only to Dr. Moore. I could not have imagined the extraordinary care that I would receive from the first visit to the last follow up. I am so thankful that everything I had questions or concerns with were addressed immediately the same day and thoroughly examined to set my mind at ease. As I am recovering fully I feel as if I made the best decision ever about the surgery, Surgeon and team.

My entire experience with this practice was above and beyond what I could've hoped for. Upon initially calling, I spoke with Danielle, who provided several means of me to contact her. For someone who is on her feet walking most of the day, texting was perfect for me. Danielle answered ALL of my questions, plus more, and got me into surgery within the next two weeks. She worked around my work schedule, travel plans, and commute (as I drove in from 3 hours away). I was able to speak with my doctor on the phone, in person, and never felt rushed. Since I was driving in and trying to miss as few days of work as possible, they were able to schedule my surgery on a Friday (as opposed to the typical mid-week surgery days) which meant so much to me. They truly care about their patients and go out of their way to ensure they are taken care of. My post-op was scheduled for 6 weeks later, around my work schedule again. During the time between surgery and post-op, I have been in constant contact with Danielle and my physician. They have answered ALL questions and checked in on me often. I am so grateful to this practice, and all the providers. Not to mention, I was a pretty tough case, and my results are fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Beautiful office, very professional atmosphere. Emily made me feel comfortable and explained procedure every step of the way. I was unsure that Thermiva would be of any help with my condition [vaginal prolapse] but, I was shocked at what a difference it DID make.
