Thank you for your question. If you were within 2 weeks of your injury, a surgery to relocate your broken bones might be possible. Since you are now 3 weeks out, I would recommend waiting until 6 months at which time a rhinoplasty can be performed.
I hope this helps
Take care,

Thank you for your question and pictures. I feel that you would be better served by a rhinoplasty. I do not think that fillers would be a good option for you. I would recommend an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
I hope that helps!
Take care!
Thank you for your question.
I would recommend getting an ultrasound to determine the amount and location of the fluid and to look for any irregularities of the capsule surrounding the implant. If possible, the fluid can be removed under ultrasound guidance and studied. The results of the studies can then guide what the next steps should be.
Thank you for your question and congrats on your upcoming wedding!
I think that it is very likely that your earlobes can look normal again. Repair of stretched earlobes is getting more and more common in my practice. I can usually perform the repair under local anesthetic in the office. The earlobe can usually get re-pierced in about 3-6 months (preferably at a site not along the repair line).
Thank you for your question.
It sounds like you could be a good candidate for a breast reduction as long as you are healthy and don't smoke. In my experience, most patients who have a breast reduction performed are very satisfied. After years of back, shoulder, and neck pain, reducing the size of the breasts usually provides a lot of relief. I would recommend consulting with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area.
