Painless Procedure
I did my gynecomastia procedure with Doctor Kashyap and It was quick and relatively painless. Also the clinic was very clean and the staff very friendly on a face to face meeting. The Doctor was also rather considerate and friendly. I believe Dr. Kashyap's qualification to be absolutely professional.

A: Thank you for your query. The doctor just means that there was some tumescent fluid that was injected along with the fat. This just gets absorbed and does not cause any problems, although the actual fat injected is much less than the stated total amount. As techniques have improved , most of what we now inject is pure fat. All the best!

All I would recommend is the use of some fillers in the hollows beneath the eyes and a little bit of fillers to lift the cheeks. Based on your pictures, where the mid face can be clearly seen , I would recommend a Mid-face lift as well. I do not see the jaw line and the neck where some improvement may also be needed .
