I don't think it is because of spreader gredts. I think this is because of asymetric enlargement of the bones. Of course in revision surgeries sometimes we need to take rib or ear cartilages, but cant say exact comment about it. I need to exanimate. Hundred percent symmetry is not possible. But with nose surgery it would be much more better.
