Monika is the only injector that that I have trusted with my face for the last 15 years. I never look overfilled or frozen, just more well-rested. Love her, how I feel when I leave and what she can do with a needle. :-)

She is precise at what she does. She always listens to your concerns and has a keen eye to fix things. She is gentle and truly is the most amazing AMAZING injector out there! Monika is amazing! She makes everyone around her feel special! Even though we are going to see her to help beat or slown down Mother Nature, she always makes you feel that you are a beautiful person! I value her opinion and professionalism, I know that she will give me the honest truth of what I need and what will work and what won't. I always feel that she is looking out for me and values me not only as a client but a person. Receiving treatment from Pro Sports Club Medical Spa was a wonderful and satisfactory experience. I was interested in receiving Botox and filler treatments to help me look and feel more beautiful, and the results I have received here did not disappoint. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and informative on any questions I had. I felt very well taken care of and look forward to returning to see Dr. Levy and his wonderful staff for future treatments.

I have a BIG birthday coming up next year and I felt like it was time to do something for myself! The liquid facelift did exactly what Dr. Daniel Levy said it would do. It has restored a more youthful look by smoothing out my skin. I love how my checks are slightly lifted and l have less shadows under my eyes. There was no downtime and minimal swelling with no discomfort. The procedure was quick and pain free. The staff at Pro Spa were superb from being to end. I would not hesitate to recommend this procedure to a friends or colleague.

I've been a patient of Dr. Levy and the Medical Spa at the Pro Sports Club for several years, but only last year did I finally choose to undergo the procedure my laser hair removal/IPL specialist recommended: deep laser resurfacing. I chose this procedure because at age 62, my face was beginning to get that bloodhound look --- drooping, folding, falling --- and my skin showed the effects of teenage acne and aging even more starkly as a result of diminishing collagen. I was getting weird red marks, veins, and other horrors. I would look in the mirror and say, "facial plastic surgery!" Seriously, facial plastic surgery was the last thing I wanted to consider, but I needed to do something to help my face match the way I feel (younger, healthier than my face looked). I had a lot of confidence in both the Medical Spa at Pro Sports Club and Dr. Daniel Levy (he successfully removed a mole from my face a few years ago), so I went ahead. On the day of the procedure, I was well cared for from start to finish. Dr. Levy did a stellar job of evenly working on my face, addressing areas of concern (one particularly bad scar) with great skill. The procedure (the deep fraxel) leaves your skin in a pretty goopy state for the first several days after the procedure, but once I was able to begin a more normal care, cleaning, and healing program, I began to see wonderful results. My face looked firmer and less droopy all around. My skin was clearer, smoother, less pore-and-pock marked than it had been before. My eyelids had been treated, and although I didn't think I needed attention in this area initially, I was amazed at the difference the procedure made to smoothing out folds and wrinkles. Since I had this procedure at the end of November last year (about 4 months), the improvements have only gotten better, as collagen has increased. In addition to this procedure, and adding somewhere around $2500 more to the total cost, I followed the laser surfacing with an application of Botox to loosen up the disturbing squint/frown lines between my eyes and Juvederm for marionette lines (which were softened by the laser resurfacing, but not eradicated). Finally, after speaking with Dr. Levy and seeing a demo on a woman I have known for several years, I added an application of Voluma to my cheek areas. The Voluma is projected to last up to 2 years; the Juvederm and Botox much less. Still, I (and my husband) agree that the procedures made a very positive difference. The words "facial plastic surgery" haven't been spoken since I had the laser resurfacing and other procedures done. I had no side effects to speak of, unless you count an increased confidence about how I look. I have always looked a little bit younger than my age to begin with, and while I wouldn't claim to look startlingly younger, I definitely look much better (and healthier) as a result of the procedures Dr. Levy did for me. He has an incredibly good eye for where to place fillers, and he is very good at assessing where one will get the most bang for the buck in terms of injectables.

I had a great experience at the med spa office at pro sports club. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Crystal answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. It helped eliminate any ingrown hairs and I didn't have to shave for about a month. I will never go back to waxing. I love the results and will definitely be back for a second treatment!

During the summer of 2010 I chose to have liposuction of my abdomen, back, and arms. I had lost weight and exercised, but had been disappointed that my silohuette hadn't changed despite these efforts. I wanted the outside of my body to better reflect how I felt inside. I wasn't trying to become "model thin" but just a better version of myself. The pros of liposuction include: it didn't require general anesthesia, I was overall comfortable during the procedure with oral meds and local anesthetic, the down time after is minimal, and the areas to be worked on are very specific and customized to my goals. The SmartLipo procedure includes a laser to help with skin tightening. I had been concerned about how my skin would look after lipo, but I'm very pleased with the outcome. It has been 3 months since my first procedure. I continue to see improvements and positive changes in my body. I have some swelling left, but it is getting less all the time. I was told that the final results are evident within 4 to 6 months and I'm definitely on track for that. Having gone through the process of liposuction and having an improved silohuette, I am now more motivated to exercise and be active. I enjoy dressing in clothes that fit well and show my body compared to before when I felt self conscious. I can't think of any cons. After doing research about the various options, meeting doctors, and listening to my instincts about who I felt the most comfortable with doing my procedures, I was thrilled to start the process. I highly recommend that you do make notes about your medical history (including all medications/vitamins) to take with you when interviewing a doctor. Ask about possible interactions with meds planned for your procedure. Be clear about your goals before you go to the appointment. Choose a doctor who listens to you and is supportive of making YOUR goals happen (rather than offering procedures they want to do for you...For example, one of the doctors I didn't select said I needed a breast reduction and included this in his presentation to me! I was insulted.)

There is no dermatologist on staff to help if something goes wrong... I got complication form a laser procedure done there in April... Got no help at all! Had to go to a different office to get help form a knowledgeable dermatologist, and spent $$$ to get my skin back.
