If You Want a Pro...

It has been a few years since my last visit. But now I remember why I liked Well Medical Arts so much. This was my second Bellafill injection this year (first was with someone else). The approach and techniques were markedly different—Dominique’s being much preferred. Even though the first injector was a “master” Bellafill injector and trainer, that experience entailed 20+ separate needle pokes to my face, leaving me with deep bruises for weeks. Dominique uses a cannula to disburse the product—only 6 or so injections for the same amount of productless bruising, less pain. She also has innovative ideas about how best to utilize fillers to achieve a lifted but natural look with as little product as possible. Plus, she has great energy and loads you with information, which I loved! I highly recommend!

Botched

Botched! Dominique did my tear troughs. After my service I had A lump under each eye. When I went back in the office I asked for a refund and Dominique said oh no I paid for that product (actually I did) She continued by saying that she would do everything to right this which included poking a needle into the raised pocket to dissipate the filler. I had to go into the office two separate times for this painful procedure. Dominique‘s response was that “tear troughs are hard”. The final outcome is very unflattering. I deserve a refund.

Unexpected and Disappointing Side Effects

I had several sessions of coolsculpting on my neck. While I did lose fat it was replaced by these hideous lines. I was told I had been informed there might be some chance of a little sagging and this was really caused by combining this with my slow and steady loss of 60 pounds over 8 months. I have found nothing when researching that this would be a normal occurrence. While everyone there is extremely kind and seem to be caring, at the end of the day I spent thousands of dollars to end up with these lines that are hideous and make me look older. They told me they felt bad but there wasn't anything they could do to fix it. Surgery is an option if I want to pour even more money into this. The worst part is they knew i was very self conscious about my neck. When I first brought this to their attention they suggested one more session, which I completed and paid for. It just got worse. I am so disillusioned. Updated on 27 Mar 2019: I just heard from a doctor on this site that said it's possible this was the result of over treatment. I probably should not have agreed to that last session. Just make sure you don't get more than you need.
