I will be 55 years old next month and have been a patient of Meadows Surgical Arts in Commerce, GA for 5 years. I have treated myself to Botox, VI Peels, skin care, and weight loss injections. All services and outcomes have been 5 stars!

I am updating so that I can show pictures of my skin before and after a year of procedures. In 2024, I had Botox every 3 months, a series of 3 VI peels, addition of prescription tretinoin to my skin care routine, and medical weight loss.

I have had chemical peels prior to this one but I have to say that the VI peel was the most intense of all. If peeling equals results then my results should be amazing. I’m on day 7 and still peeling around my nose, mouth and hairline. I think I have peeled 2 or 3 different times now or at least that is what it feels like. I can absolutely feel a difference in the texture of my skin and the tightness as well as see a difference in pore size. Overall I am quite satisfied with my experience and results. I can’t wait to be completely done peeling and back to my natural but fresh face. The only complaint well not really complaint but more of a warning to anyone considering this peel is the overwhelming burning sensation from the aftercare routine. It was as if I was setting my face on fire daily when applying the repair cream. I almost had tears on night 4. Every experience is different for many reasons so I always factor that in. 4.99 stars for the bit of discomfort but rounded up to 5 stars for the win :) I will definitely get another peel!!

I can’t say enough good things about the friendly staff at Meadows Surgical Arts! I went in anxiously for a weight loss consult and came out with more self confidence than I have had in years. Jasmine and the entire team always strive to make me feel my best while in the office and after I leave.

My procedure was done by “Tia”. She was very nice and friendly. I’m not finding any fault with her. I was just expecting a better outcome. Definitely NOT worth the money. If I had it to do over, I probably would put this money toward a procedure that really works. This was a waste as of now but will discuss results at my next appointment to see if I can expect my facial skin to change more with time. I followed instructions flawlessly. I did EXACTLY as instructed on a daily basis. I’m just so surprised that my results aren’t better.

I’ve been receiving semaglutide injections at Meadows, and my confidence has totally boosted. Everyone is always super friendly here, too. I would definitely recommend Meadows, I’ve loved my experience so far

I am extremely pleased with the work that Dr. Medina did. I am only two weeks post op but the results are amazing and exactly what I wanted. The entire staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. Dr. Medina took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me and I never felt rushed or like I was just another number. Thank you for making me feel better about myself and giving me the confidence boost I needed.

I have been going to Meadows Surgical Arts for several years now and of course was devastated to hear of the passing of Dr. Meadows. He did a previous surgical procedure for me and I was anxious about having anything else done by another doctor. However, I have to say that I am extremely impressed with Dr. Medina. He is professional and thorough and I truly feel like he must be one of the most knowledgeable in his field. I also have to say that the other staff at Meadows has not missed a beat. Alexa and Jasmine have taken such good care of me. Emily in the Buford office is also amazing. I cannot say enough about Meadows Surgical Arts and how amazing their team is.

The staff at Meadows Surgical Arts was amazing during my tummy tuck experience! My surgery was originally scheduled with Dr Meadows. After his unfortunate passing it was with another doctor. Dr Medina had excellent reviews so surgery was a breeze.

MSA is amazing! As I was searching for a doctor/practice to start my Tummy Tuck journey- I found that every practice I reached out to was very impersonal….”send pictures and we’ll give you price” Assuming MSA was the same way, I sent an email and asked for an estimate and boy was I surprised I received an email from Dr.Meadows inviting me in for a consultation. ALL of the staff and I mean ALL them are so very respectful and sweet. Dr. Ward did my procedure and he not only is very gifted, he treats you with such care and respect (even after waking up and nagging for not letting me finish my story lol) getting calls for a couple of days after surgery from Dr Chris and the staff was a nice surprise. Best hands and best care in Atlanta! Thank you for giving me confidence to wear a crop top! I love my results and I cannot thank you enough for making this experience such a wonderful one.
