I got my mid face/neck lift procedure about 3 months ago. I had an issue with extra fat and hanging skin at the base of my neck that I was told by some surgeons that it would be difficult to correct. Additionally, I wanted a sharper profile and fat removed from under my chin. Thankfully, I found Dr. Lyos due to his great reviews, credentials and skills.
My experience was as follows:
- Responsive & prompt customer service
- Very helpful staff- the nurses took really good care of me.
- Resourceful facility - they have a setup for you to stay overnight under nurse care right after the surgery in their suite. They had transportation resources.
- Flexible - I needed to have surgery during a certain week due to vacation and they worked with me.
-Transparency - breakdown in payment, process of procedure before and after.
- Dr. skill set - I got what I wanted which was to remove the fat/and extra skin at the base of my neck and remove the fat underneath the chin. I have a sharper profile and the ring of fat at the bottom of neck is gone, my neck is leaner and tight.

I'm still a bit swollen, but I look better and better week after week. I'm glad I selected the right surgeon and team!

The massages I've been getting have been advancing my progress. Loving the results so far! I wanted to make a note that Dr. Lyos also had Lymphatic massage on site the facility which was very helpful with recovery.

Straightforward review, I 100% recommend Dr. Lyos. I will never go to another plastic surgeon as long as he’s practicing. I highly recommend him!

Detailed review; after searching for months for a plastic surgeon in Texas, I booked an appointment with Dr. Lyos because he’s triple certified, which gave me a peace of mind. During my initial consultation he answered every single question I had and didn’t rush my appointment. I had breast implant removal, mastoplexy, septoplasty and rhinoplasty completed early May 2023. He is hands down a gifted surgeon. He REALLY listens to your concerns and is extremely down to earth. Dr. Lyos and his staff are very honest as far as not trying to sell you procedures you don’t need. You can ALWAYS reach someone if you have concerns or questions. His nurse Laura comforted me the day of surgery because I was very emotional. His office manager, Loan and the rest of his staff 100% care about your well being and it shows through their compassion and love for patients. They’ve been on top of my aftercare. My results were everything and more than what I asked for, even though I’m still healing. I can breathe so well and it’s drastically changed my quality of life. Anyone who has seen my results is amazed at Dr. Lyos work. I love him for loving us (his patients). He doesn’t do half jobs and he wants you to love your results. It’s been a blessing finding him!

Dr Lyos is the best! He's patient and takes the time to listen and explain details. He takes your concerns very seriously. All his nurses and Loan(who handles the business part) are very sweet too and treat all your questions very seriously. The ladies in the Med Spa are also extremely sincere and have taken so much time with me when choosing my skincare. Everybody in his office cares and makes you feel so special! My breasts look amazing beyond my expectations after my lift with the gala bra. If you look at his before and after pics, you'll see how he makes so many look like twins! I feel he has the best before and afters in Houston...Mine look that great! I was very comfortable after surgery with hardly any pain. Like I said, he's the best!

This has been a long journey for me, but the makeover is paid for and will be in May 22, 2023. I have been reading so many others word of wisdom and I have a list of things to make sure I have. I hope I am not boring and I hope you will give me advice..,,,

I went to him 5 years ago and was nervous and a little scared, (he and boyfriend got along wonderfully). So I put it off.
Well I decided that for my 60th birthday, I was going to do what I have been wanting for over 5 years. He really liked Dr. Lyos but I was worried about the cost. But we went back to see him and scheduled the surgery. I had no worries. Nurse were and still are so kind helpful.
3 months have gone by and everyday I am so thankful that Dr. Lyos did the surgery ( I have seen other mommy makeovers on here and was worried having puss pockets as part of the healing). The only bad thing I have had with the healing is a random stitch that want to de pulled out instead of desolving.
I am so thankful for Dr. Lyos, Loan, all the nurses.
If you choose Dr. Lyos and stafff you will not be disappointed or sorry.

I went to see Dr. Lyos 5 years ago and my husband and Dr. Lyos seamed to have a connection and I was glad for that. The cost was more then I was expecting, Covid and life happened. so 5 years went by and we started to talk about doing it again and we went back to Dr. Lyos and again they (husband & Dr.) got along and understood what I was expecting. We booked a May 22, 2023 surgery date.

I had been reading and looking at RealSelf for more then 5 years, and I bought a bunch of stuff that others had suggested would be needed after surgery. Something were not needed (but purchased) and other things I was so glad that I had purchased.

We had a pre-surgery visit we paid the remaining balance, and what to expect the day of surgery (how long it would take, that I would stay over night, explained how many and where the drains would be, and how long the top and bottom drains would be in, what to bring, what not to bring) what to expect the next day and the follow few days.

Morning of surgery came and I was excited and a little nervous. My Husband was told that he would be called and could come back to see me after the surgery if he wanted, that the surgery would be at least 8 hours (it took a little over 9), and that I would be sleepy afterwards. If he choose not to come back he would need to be back to pick me up around 10 am Tuesday morning.

Surgery went great, I don't remember much, but I did sleep and was really thirsty. The next morning they dressed me and we went home (I had a pillow on top of my stomach to help with the road bumps). Husband had to help me get in and out of the car. he had to help me walk (very slowing), he had to help me sit in and out of the recliner, I had to have help getting off the toilet the first couple of days.

Dr. Lyos is very friendly and helpful. He always listens to questions and concerns.

My scares under my breast and the upper drain scares are not visible. My stomach and drain scares are flat and dull (except in the front) the tape and silicone he had me use were AMAZING.

The cost was more then other Dr.'s, but choosing Dr. Lyos was worth every penny.

I always wanted a breast augmentation. I have a small fame and have always had very small breast. Even when I gained a lot of weight. I promised myself if I committed to losing the weight I would finally get the augmentation. After losing the weight I had a sagging breast skin. I was worried that I might need a lift as well. Then I found a lump. After confirming the lump was fibroadenoma Dr. Lyos performed the BA without a lift. He also ended up removing the fibroadenoma for me. I am very happy with the results. His staff is incredible, especially his nurses.

I did cheek implants surgury on June of 2021 at Dr. Lyos clinic in houston. This is the best surgury I ever done on my face. Till this day (1 year later) I am very happy with my face. Everyone at the office was kind and welcoming.

The doctor is wonderful and sweet. He understood what I wanted and did my sugury perfectly.

No shift in implants no infections!!! No complications . He is a very good doctor for chrek implants . My face looks better every day i look at it a year later no more saggy face. Thankyou dr. lyos and god bless you.!!

I have been seeing Dr. Lyos for Botox only for years. 12 years after my initial breast augmentation, I was finally ready for replacement of my implants, preferably without a lift. Admittedly, after several consultations (including with the Surgeon who completed my initial surgery) I decided I trusted Dr. Lyos above all. The amount of knowledge, information and options I was given solidified the amount of trust I had. I wanted to correct asymmetry and a loss of fullness experienced after the body changes I went through after having my daughter 9 years earlier. I also have scoliosis which seems to contribute to the asymmetry significantly. Dr. Lyos and his staff were very honest regarding the challenges I could face and gave me several options to get to where I wanted to be. There aren't words to adequately describe how thrilled I am with the results. They look amazingly natural, feel real and are more symmetrical than they have ever been...PERFECT. I "couldn't be happier"!!!
