I visited Marotta MD last week and had Botox for the first time with Brittany! She is amazing. Brittany has such a warm presence to her and she is so professional and sweet. I felt so comfortable. She took her time explaining the treatment, exactly what I could expect and how to care for my skin post treatment. She went through every detail that when she asked me if I had any questions, I really didn’t! She covered it all so well, leaving me feeling confident that I was in good hands! I'm already loving the results. I can’t wait to continue to come back for more. (Also huge shoutout to Laura-she took me in for pre treatment photos and assisted during the Botox with Brittany. Laura is super bubbly and made me feel so excited for the process. Such a kind and genuine soul!) Thank you all for everything :)

I had an amazing first experience at marotta med spa today!! Not only is the facility beautiful and clean, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Melissa was my Esthetican and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. Her personality, pleasant demeanor and knowledge in the treatments and skincare made me feel very comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Melissa was very thorough in reviewing my medical history and any possible contraindications prior to the treatment. She went through everything that I could expect throughout the visit and made me feel relaxed and at ease. The treatment itself, the glo2facial was more than I expected it to be! It helps to lift and tone the skin, exfoliate, brighten, hydrate and more. To be honest, I feel the sun damage on my cheekbones has already reduced 50% from just one treatment. My skin feels tight and smooth. I feel refreshed and I’m so happy with the results after just one treatment. I highly recommended visiting melissa for all your skincare needs! I can’t wait to come back for another treatment!

I’ve been seeing Ken Ruiz PA for Botox and have been super happy with my results. At 45 I started to dislike my appearance when I pulled my hair back, and felt I looked harsh or tired but couldn’t pinpoint why. When I spoke to Ken about this he recommended temple filler to address my concerns. A very inconspicuous area with a huge payoff! Ken treated my temples with 1 syringe of Voluma per temple (2 syringes total) Absolutely love the results, and keep getting compliments about looking younger and more refreshed. I took off from work preemptively but did NOT have a single bruise! Ken warned me I could have a slight headache for a couple days. I did have a mild headache the night of which resolved w a little Tylenol. Ken did an amazing job, he has extensive knowledge on anatomy, facial balance, and the aging process. I can’t emphasize enough on the importance of doing your hmk prior to choosing a seasoned injector/provider. I’ve been a patient at Dr. Marotta’s office for 10 years now, and never hesitate to refer family and friends. Getting older is a bummer but having a place like Dr. Marotta’s office def eases the pain.My younger coworkers are always asking me for skincare advice.

Dr. Kenneth Ruiz is hands down one of the best providers I’ve seen. He is thorough, competent, and has excellent bedside manner. His work is beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased. Never going anywhere else!
