To answer your questions –
Renuva only lasts about 3 months in your body after injection before dissolving. Once dissolved only body's own fat cells are living in the area where the Renuva was injected. Since they are your very fat cells, there's no risk of rejection.
Renuva is incredibly safe and undergoes a very strict manufacturing process. The process begins with extensive screening and is followed by an intensive sequence of refinements that preserves ONLY the naturally-occurring growth factors, collagens and proteins. There have not been any cases of HIV or other viruses being transmitted through Renuva, as a donor with HIV would not have passed the screening process.

It's best to talk with your surgeon about treatments following any surgical procedure, but once the swelling has subsided from your BBL there should be no reason why Renuva couldn't be used to balance small volume asymmetry in the buttocks.

After turning 35, as norm noticed a gain of midsection weight that never had been before. I am not the most avid gym goer however am an okay/clean eater meaning avoiding processed stuff, too much red meat and junk food on the rare occasion. I had been seeing Dr. Ellen Marmur for Clear + Brilliant Laser treatment [WHICH IS FANTASTIC BTW] when I mentioned about my midsection stress. Primarily because I weigh 110 lbs and am petite in stature 5,2 in height. However as awesome as that sounds on paper, it means I tend to gain/retain weight in the midsection as I am short torso/long legged person with a 32CC chest. This is very annoying as I would always look bloated or pregnant when I am small overall. Dr. Marmur suggested Vanquish which basically is a radio frequency device that heats your body areas to dilute cells to breakdown which are then release through your system in an ongoing process. The recommended treatment is between 4-6 sessions 1-2 weeks apart. I am presently on my 4th completed session for my stomach area. Each session is 15 minutes long and the stomach requires 3 sessions each treatment day. I did a lot of research and so far all studies have shown little or no after affects in people health wise. Additionally the treatment is no pain or feeling whatsoever besides a heated sensation one of a heating pad or blanket. At least to me. RESULTS: As you can see from the photos attached, that there is a difference - and there is no photoshop or crap involved as they simply put the different session pre photo side by side in the ipad. The first pic is from treatment 1 and the second image is treatment 4. In real life however although not visibly as significant perhaps as of yet, however the treatment claims results come after 4 months -- I will say the most noted difference was my clothes just in general fit better or were looser. Which just felt great! Now I will state that alongside the treatment I made sure to go to the gym 2x times a week [for the first time in my life] which included 20 minutes of cardio + weights for upper/lower body. Additionally I tried to follow intermittent fasting 4 days a week - and in general am doing only 2 proportional meals a day unless desperately needing food. And I make sure to try and drink 2 liters plus of water a day. Between the treatment and my somewhat dedicated meal/gym efforts I truly know it's possible to get my dream stomach area. Vanquish is not a miracle treatment. Both Dr.Marmur + Renee who was my dedicated treatment provider made sure to clarify that. However if added with proper health etiquette it can be quite the perfect push for the hard to remove spots. Dr.Marmur is kind and knowledgeable - something we all need in our doctors. She always takes time to answer my queries either when in the office or even a couple times post business hours. Renee deserves an accolade. She always checked in making sure the treatment was going well and doing it's job. Not to mention answering a million questions from me per each session. I am going to have an additional 4 treatments - so in total 8 and will update for the results. My midsection has always been my problem area but post 35 it just became a true form of stress. This was the first treatment + health actions that gave me results in 3 months. So I am happy. I will update with more details once some time passes. If this helps anyone, would make me super happy as I know the hours as I spent researching to find any solution beforehand.
I went to Dr. Ellen Marmur's office to have the Vanquish procedure over a series of six treatments from November through December 21st of 2015. The office was very polite and very helpful, and I adore Dr. Marmur and her attention to her patients. I've had a stubborn cap of body fat that has lived over my belly button for at least a decade, and it won't budge regardless of diet or exercise. The Vanquish machine was applied over the area for three burst of 15 minutes for a total of 45 minutes per session. It is completely painless; it feels like a warm sauna over the area. I fell asleep many times during the treatment. You're requested to drink a lot of water, which I did in addition to continuing a regular diet and exercise program. I'm happy to say that the fat pad did diminish considerably after I received the treatment, and it's continued to diminish over time. I'd like to go back and possibly combine the treatment with ultrasound to eradicate the final bits once and for all, but VANQUISH was absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for spot reduction of stubborn body fat.
I went to Dr. Marmur for rejuvenation around my mouth. She injected 3 vials of Restalyne, mostly in my upper face, which she said would "lift" the sagging. While the immediate results seemed promising, when the swelling went down a few days later, I looked EXACTLY the same as I did before. Exactly NO ONE can see the slightest difference in my appearance. I wasted $3000. I hope you will not.
