Robin began her career in the consulting and financial services industry after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University. Her passion for medicine led her to further her education at Chatham University where she obtained a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree in 2010. Upon graduation, she joined Dr. Liang and has devoted her career as a Board Certified Physician Assistant to aesthetic medicine. In this ever-evolving field of medicine, she continues to increase her comprehensive knowledge with extensive training and education on the most advanced therapies and treatments. Robin specializes in consulting and treating patients with non-invasive aesthetic procedures for skin rejuvenation, collagen restoration, anti-aging and body contouring. She utilizes her aptitude and vision to understand the needs of every patient and to educate them on the options to achieve their goals of a natural, youthful appearance.

Lauren is the licensed clinical head Aesthetician at Aesthetic plastic surgery of Pittsburgh. She has a BA in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. Her passion is patient education and working closely with patients to achieve their personal skin care goals. She is an expert in both female and male skin analysis, skin care protocols and noninvasive procedures that help to maintain youthful looking skin and reverse the signs of aging. Lauren is available to meet with every patient to offer them a complimentary skin consultation including a Visia skin analysis which assesses the four main areas of the aging skin; wrinkles, brown spots, redness and pore size. With her extensive experience, she is trained and qualified on all of our noninvasive procedures such as medical grade facials, micro-needling, dermaplanning, hair removal, body contouring, skin tightening and energy based technologies.

Natalie is our Practice Manager and patient care coordinator. Her primary focus is to ensure that every patient has a seamless, enjoyable and personalized aesthetic experience. Natalie works intimately with our patients who are contemplating a surgical procedure to ensure that they have all the necessary information they need to make an educated decision. For those patients who have elected to undergo a procedure, Natalie is the patient’s advocate, and will coordinate and manage all aspects of the patient’s journey with our office. Natalie has a direct line of communication with Dr. Liang at all times. She will make certain that all of your questions and concerns, before, during and after surgery are answered quickly, accurately and in terms that are understandable.

Nicole is our customer experience specialist. She will answer incoming calls, oversee, coordinate and schedule patient appointments. Nicole is available to answer all questions regarding any of our office services such as injections, non-invasive treatments, surgery, spa services and skin care treatments. Nicole will interface with all of the office staff to ensure that any of your questions are answered quickly and to your satisfaction when you are ready to schedule a consultation with any of our providers.

Karen is our front desk receptionist. She will answer and respond to your phone calls, interact with every member of our staff to ensure you receive a timely response to any questions you may have, and schedule your appointments.
