In love with my results and it's only been a day since surgery

I've hated my body since I was 18 years old but now I'm in love with my results and it's only been a day since surgery 8/11/22. I went to Dr Majweski and had a breast augmentation and knew I would choose him a thousand times over. I had a labiaplasty and tummy tuck. All the stories I read we're making me second my decision but I'm so glad that I did it!! Literally had tears in my eyes as I...

Sterling!

I have toyed with the idea of Botox and fillers but I wanted movement and a natural look. I was still a little Leary so I asked Dr. Majewski what he would recommend and we decided on dysport between my eyes and and the corners for crows feet. I had no down time and no issues. I love the way it looks to have lifted my brow, opening up my eyes! Today a friend commented on how I look younger...

Best Thing I've Ever Done for Myself.

I was really afraid of the surgery but it was a breeze. Recovery was fast and the care was wonderful. I will always go to Dr. Majewski for anything else I might need. Wonderful staff! His surgery center is very private and I received very special attention. They kept my husband well informed during my surgery and he was very impressed with my care. I can't say enough good things about my...

My lip injection treatment went great. Dr Majewski is excellent to work with. He is very kind and takes his time. He asks questions and makes sure you are comfortable. I am very pleased with my first injectable experience!

109 Q&A

Q: Is CoolSculpting contraindicated if you have neuropathy?
Answered by Dr. MajewskiJuly 29, 2019

A: Neuropathy is not a contraindication for CoolSculpting.  I would recommend that you consult your physician that is treating your neuropathy prior to treatment.  I would also mention this condition to your CoolSculpting provider so they are aware prior to treatment.

Q: I have systemic scleroderma, can I do cool sculpting?
Answered by Dr. MajewskiJuly 29, 2019

A: Scleroderma is not a contraindication for CoolSculpting treatment.  I would advise you to discuss the treatment with your dermatologist prior to being treated.

Q: What can I take for pain relief 4 days after CoolSculpting? (photo)
Answered by Dr. MajewskiMay 2, 2019

A: Bruising, tenderness and swelling are normal side effects after CoolSculpting.  These side effects normally resolve in a few weeks.  With the amount of bruising that you have I would recommend Tylenol for the pain.  You may also want to use a heating pad on the areas to see if that will help with the pain.  If the pain persist, then you may want to contact your provider.  They may prescribe something like Gabapentin for the pain.

Q: Inner thighs CoolSculpting gone wrong? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. MajewskiMay 2, 2019

A: After CoolSculpting the area may be hard, red, bruised, tender and even feel lumpy.  These are all side effects that should resolve in a few weeks.  When you return for you second treatment, you may ask them about placement of the applicator.  The applicator should be placed while you are standing beside the bed.  The applicator should be at the area of the pelvic floor.  It is an awkward position for placing the applicator, but for best results it should be at the pelvic floor and positioned more posteriorly.  During the treatment it is best to sit in the frog leg position so that the applicator will stay in place.  After your second treatment you should see results in about 2-3 months.  You should be reevaluated at that time to see if more treatments are recommended.  If you continue to have concerns you should consult with the CoolSculpting provider that performed your treatment.

Q: Laparoscopic surgery after CoolSculpting. Will the surgery affect my results from my CS session?
Answered by Dr. MajewskiMay 2, 2019

A: Laparoscopic surgery should not affect your CoolSculpting results.  CoolSculpting addressed subcutaneous fat only.  Once these fat cells are frozen, they are already in the dying process.  The laparoscopic surgery only uses tiny incisions which cause minimal trauma to the area.  You should see your results 2-3 months after your second treatment.  You should be reevaluated at that time to see if more treatments are needed.
