I had the best experience at Lumera. All of the staff were beyond welcoming and helpful. I had knee surgery and used the EmSculpt Neo. The treatment helped improve my pain and rebuild my muscles, looking forward to using it again and finishing my treatments.

I go to the Lovejoy location. Have nothing but positive things to say, the best experience with everyone there! Kelsey is who I have been booking my appointment with her most, she does a wonderful job, is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job making me feel comfortable and my skin is improving! All the other girls I had my facials done have been very pleasant as well, along with the front desk ladies. I am so happy to have discovered this place and highly recommended them!

I had the most amazing experience at Lumera Medical in the Pearl district! Angee was my aesthetician for the 75-minute BR facial and she was so thorough and knowledgeable on all of the products used. The treatment itself was so relaxing; there was a face and chest massage included I could barely keep my eyes open it put me straight into relaxation mode. I struggle with oily skin and acne, so Angee picked out products that worked for me and completely improved my skin texture and clarity. I noticed a huge difference for a few weeks and will definitely keep up on this treatment to improve my skin quality. Coming back to Lumera for Botox soon and laser hair removal. I've also worked with Kelsey and Ashley before and cannot recommend these providers enough!! Love it here.

Dr. Huang and her staff are great! They’re kind, knowledgeable and experienced. They also have about everything someone could want for medical aesthetics. Their new facility is STUNNING! I had the Emsculpt Neo treatment on my abs, arms, and legs at Lumera. Post treatment, I’ve seen a significant change in strength and endurance at the gym. I also had noticeable fat loss on my stomach. I can easily do hanging crunches and underhand pull-ups now, which is something I was never able to do before. I would highly recommend Emsculpt Neo and the team at Lumera. They’re professional, friendly, and were always available for questions or scheduling.

This facility is gorgeous! Each doctor and staff member go out of their way to ensure each client feels comfortable and educated on all processes and serviced that they offer. Had the best facial! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. The esthetician gave me a massage and did some extraction. The best of both worlds. She also answered questions and recommended product. Marco, upfront, was so sweet and helpful. Overall, a really great experience.
