I could not have chosen a better group of people to work with. From start to finish, the entire process has been wonderful! For a little background info... I sought out Dr. Hansel to perform a Breast Augmentation. Before my consultation I was incredibly nervous and didn't know what to expect. The staff assured me that I would be completely taken care of and I definitely was! Dr. Hansel made me feel very secure in my choice and was very patient in answering my hundreds of questions.
Watch out for Bait and Switch
They promised one thing then when I scheduled they switched the procedure. The most disappointing thing is that I referred friends for the special IPL package and when they arrived they were given laser genesis which does not do the same thing. They were then told for extra money they could treat what the ipl would have treated. I expressed my concern and Michelle told me “ you send your friends to the professionals who tell them what they need”. She assured me she’d take care
