Love my microneedling treatment by Alyssa! Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Facility is always clean and relaxing. I’ve also done laser hair removal with Erica which was also great. Would definitely tell me friends and family to come here!

I went to Lotus Health for the EmSculpt Neo procedure for the abdomen area. I was seen by Neelam who performed my procedure. I have completed my 4 weekly sessions which was recommended and so far I have had positive results. I noticed some fat reduction after my 3rd session! Neelam showed me side by side comparisons from my initial visit and my last visit, and I definitely noticed some remarkable results. I also do my part in healthy eating & dieting for optimum results - you have to do your past also! I plan on coming back once a month for maintenance if need be. Overall great and positive experience at Lotus - beautiful and relaxing office and spa as well!

Finding Lotus Spa was like finding the needle in the haystack ! I met with the owner initially and welcomed me so graciously. She is amazing and the entire staff is smiling and happy and Mia the tech I’m working with is fantastic, takes her time and has a genuine way about her that shows she really likes what she does and she’s very good!

The place is so clean and comfortable to be in you don’t want to leave. I would leave more stars if it let me !

For my upcoming wedding in October, I was a little self-conscious with how my arms looked with my dress. I wanted to look my best and going to the gym 4 -5 days a week wasn’t cutting it. Along with a healthy diet, I was slimming down, but nothing was happening with my arms. At this point, I had decided that I wanted to get some type of procedure. Being that this was my first, I had no clue on what to get or what to even expect.

Familiar with the area, I found Lotus and the great reviews they had. It seemed like a lot of their patients were quite happy with the results, so I booked a consultation. Upon meeting the staff of Neelam, Kelsey and Dr. Singh, I immediately knew there was a connection between us. Not only were they very warm and inviting, but the procedure was thoroughly explained in detail, and I felt very comfortable being there. We decided on Smart Lipo, and we then went over the financial aspects.

I was given a reasonable price, but it was still higher than I had budgeted for. I had told them that I would shop around, and they had no problems in me doing so; they weren’t pressuring for a decision, and I was able to take my time. I meet with another doctor and practice for the same procedure, but I didn’t have the warm and fuzzy feeling I had with Lotus. Although the 2nd place was considerably less expensive, I ultimately went with Lotus because of the bad vibes I got from the other place. The doctor wasn’t at all inviting or engaging, unlike Dr. Singh.

When I made my decision, I informed Lotus and we were able to work on the initial price that I was given. They didn’t have to do this, but putting the customer first is a priority of theirs. Now that everything was scheduled, it was time for the actual procedure. Leading up to it, they made sure all my meds were ordered for me and they gave much input on which compression garments I should purchase.

The procedure only took a few hours, and it couldn’t have been any easier. My fiancé dropped me off and he went out and played golf. I was awake and quite comfortable the entire time, and both Kelsey and Dr. Singh were great conversationalists. Dr. Singh was able to perform the procedure flawlessly and he was even giving us riddles to solve during; talk about multi-tasking! I must admit, recovery for the first week was very painful, but between my fiancé and the Lotus staff, I survived.

A few months pass and several post ops visits later, I decide to do a touch up. This wasn’t included as part of my initial procedure, but I knew that going in. We schedule it and it was even easier than the first. Now that my arms have had quite some time to recover, it has been night and day since the day I saw the Lotus staff for the first time. Looking at my before and after pictures, I can’t believe the magic that Dr. Singh had performed. My arms look so much better, and I could have never achieved this with just the gym and a diet alone.

With all the visits I’ve had with Lotus, my fiancé and I feel like Neelam, Kelsey and Dr. Singh are family. Although we do not see them often, it is always a pleasure when we do. I cannot thank them enough for being such professional and caring individuals. We love Lotus so much that we’ve even gotten massages, facials, and laser hair removal done through them. I always like to ask my fiancé, what procedure are we going to do next with them? He just gives me a look and doesn’t answer. If we do decide to get another procedure done, Lotus would be our first and only choice!

My experience with Lotus was absolutely incredible. I had the EmSculpt procedure done and I couldn't be happier with the proven, visible results. When I expressed my concerns and what I was looking for, the owner, Neelam, who is always helpful, kind, welcoming and personable, introduced me to the idea of EmSculpt. I am in decent shape but I wanted to define my abs and have the perfect summer body without having to go to the gym every day. As a dad and primary caregiver of two sons, one and five, I seldom have the time to do much for myself especially the luxury of working out and going to the gym daily. This procedure all in takes no longer than 30 minutes if that and is the equivalent to 20,000 crunches in one session. It is completely painless, you feel the tightening of the muscles just as if you were working your abs during a workout but without breaking a sweat. Any procedure that allows me to just lay around for 20 minutes while simultaneously improving my physique is a procedure for me. It was easy and completely non invasive. My consult with Dr. Singh was super easy and he is brilliant at what he does. He put my mind totally at ease before having this done and I'm glad I trusted him. These people have a very one-on-one approach to all their patients and really make you feel comfortable and let you know they care about your experience and satisfaction. I highly recommend Lotus for anyone! They are kind and inclusive of all. Thank you Neelam & Dr. Singh, I will most certainly be back!
