I had a wonderful experience at GVPS! I am a 40 year old mother of two that received a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone/265 cc implants. (Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch) I'm petite, 5'5" & 115 lbs. My goal was to feel more confident since I've always been small chested especially after breast feeding. I hoped for a size that would be proportional and realistic for my frame. One thing I loved about GVPS is the 3D Vectra machine. This allowed me to really visualize what my end result would be. After talking to Dr. Spring about my goals she plugged in a few sizes into the Vectra machine and honestly the first one she chose was perfect. She orders a variety of implant sizes, above and below the size you choose so if you change your mind you can do so even the day of surgery. I had a hard time deciding, but on the day of my surgery I chose 295 cc rather than my first choice of 265 cc. Dr. Spring put my mind at ease when she told me if the weren't right for my body she'd switch them for the smaller. Our main concern was rippling since I had little to no breast tissue and such a small frame. Post surgery I found out she did have to use the 265 cc due to very noticeable rippling with the 295. I really appreciate her aesthetic eye, knowledge, and completely trust her judgment. I am very pleased with the outcome and feel the results are better than expected! The staff was professional, delightful, and knowledgeable. It was also my experience that everyone was extremely attentive and accommodating especially during my recovery. I am a 26 year old mother of two. I have always been unhappy with my breast size and shape. After breastfeeding two baby, my breast became very deflated. I was a 36 B. Im 5'10 and 150 ibs. My Surgeon and I decided on 625 cc's in my left and 575 cc's in my right. I had some asymmetry that she corrected. We went with round, moderate+ profile, sub-muscular , smooth Sientra implants.
