I would try to dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase I believe they placed it too superficial.. maybe consider fat grafting I have seen nice results with fat grafting...and botox for the infraorbital occuli area.
Hello
Thank you for the consultation. Migration of fillers over time after 5 years is unlikely to happen if you are using FDA approved dermal fillers there are nonapproved fillers out there and silicone that can potentially cause migration years later. It important also to get treatment from doctor that is board certified and trained to inject dermal fillers and botox understand the anatomy of skin and different layers typically lower eyelid has the highest risk of migration of fillers because of infraorbital and zygomatic junction that create the sliding effect.
Thank you
The shedding can occur after stopping topical minoxdil its a common side effect even if you switch to PO minoxdil. It eventually does stabilize after 9 months of continued therapy. Androgenic alopecia is a life long condition that has strong genetic predisposition there are some people who cannot stop minoxdil and have to stay on it for the rest of their days.
hello,
thank you for the inquiry. So to my knowledge there is no such thing as second pass shedding with minoxdil. It may be you have another thing affecting your hair. Maybe an extreme stressful situation or surgery or medical illness, diet changes leading to excessive weight loss that caused hair shedding called telogen effluvium. Maybe you have another underlying medical condition unrelated to scalp as a result is making hair loss occur ex: vitamin d deficieny, anemia. You need to be examined and have your doctor work you up. Everyone does lose a little bit hair hair daily as you grow through hair cycles 100-150 hairs.
Hi there,
Generally it is recommended to not wash your hair at least 4 hours after application and I recommend using it at night. If you apply it twice a day then can leave on during the day and after shower apply pm dose. I do not recommend never washing your hair again after applying minoxidil.
