Tricia is our lead aesthetician and laser technician. Tricia received a Paramedical Skincare Degree at Florida College of Natural Health . She also received advance injectable training with Merz & Allergan to consult with you about all injectables. Tricia believes in providing individualized custom treatments to ensure the best possible results. Complimentary consultations are always welcomed.

Serves as both our cosmetic coordinator and office manager. She oversees the master schedule of Lee Plastic Surgery and Laser Center to make sure Dr. Lee's appointments align correctly with our booked clients. In addition to supervising the scheduling, she is responsible for all the administrative tasks of our office. Michele manages our staff, financing, customer service, inventory, and so much more. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and industry expertise keeps our office running effectively.

Dana Madden is our seasoned medical assistant and has been working with Dr. Lee for almost a decade. She is responsible for preparing our procedure rooms and all the tools necessary for quality treatments. She helps to uphold the highest level of safety and sterilization for the best service possible during surgery. Her years of experience and expert knowledge makes her a valuable asset to our practice. Dana not only assists Dr. Lee during cosmetic procedures, but provides the rest of our cosmetic staff with support as well. She loves what she does and it shows.

Laurie is our Wellness Coordinator at Lee Plastic Surgery & Laser Center. She is here to listen & guide you to be the best possible you!! Whether you are starting your weight loss journey or already making progress she is ready to be your greatest supporter!! Laurie is a compassionate, kind and realistic wellness advocate. After loosing a substantial amount of weight naturally and being on her own wellness journey, Laurie found a real passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals. Laurie came to Dr. Lee to complete her transformation and has now joined our staff to help other patients along in their journey. She is here to build patient relationships and make you feel comfortable as she understands questions and concerns from a relatable patient point of view. Laurie is excited and eager to be a part of this new program and is excited for the possibilities and innovative directions that can assist patients in living healthier, happier lives.

Sheila serves as both our patient liaison and front office receptionist. She is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including answering the phones, scheduling, and keeping an accurate record of patient information. She is typically the first person patients will interact with at Lee Plastic Surgery and Laser Center and works diligently to make sure our patients have all they need for their appointments. Sheila takes great pride in offering our clients the best patient experience possible and we are thrilled she is a part of our team.
