Absolutely one of the most horrifying experiences of my life. She cauterized my face 3 times, while I was blind-folded and bleeding profusely and I had no idea what was happening. Then they took my $100 and told me it was ok to drive home. I sat in the bathroom for a good half hour because I was bleeding so badly and they gave me a wad of wet paper towel to hold firmly on it while I drove! AND, she told me "if it starts bleeding uncontrollably in the night, try using liquid bandaid"!!!! Never again. I do know people who have had ok experience here and why I went there... NEVER again. On top of how unprofessionally Kim Schuchardt handled herself and the situation.
