Not Worth ItCheek Fillers

I Walked In a Customer and Walked Out a Cautionary Tale.

I’m sharing my experience with LaserAway Arcadia because I wish someone had shared theirs before I spent thousands of dollars here. My treatments included six Clear & Brilliant sessions and cheek filler, and both experiences revealed the same pattern: confident promises upfront, and complete dismissal the moment I needed real support. Clear & Brilliant: During my initial video consult, I was assured — with absolute certainty — that six Clear & Brilliant sessions would noticeably reduce a raised scar on my face. The confidence was impressive. The results were not. After completing all six sessions, the scar looked more prominent than before. When I brought this up, the explanation shifted instantly. Suddenly, I was told it would take many more treatments to see improvement. A dermatologist I later consulted confirmed what LaserAway never disclosed: some clinics simply don’t have the equipment to treat certain scars, but they’ll still sell the package anyway. That was my first red flag. Filler: I received cheek filler in October 2025. A few months later, I developed a soft, fluid?like pocket in the exact area where the filler was injected. When I contacted the clinic, I wasn’t met with concern — I was met with contradiction and deflection. At my follow?up appointment, the clinical trainer took photos and briefly “consulted her team.” Within minutes, they returned with a conclusion that felt predetermined: not filler?related. No explanation. No curiosity. No meaningful assessment. Just a quick dismissal and a recommendation to see my primary care provider. The entire interaction felt scripted, as if the priority was protecting the clinic rather than understanding what was happening. The disconnect between the polished aesthetic they project and the lack of genuine patient care behind it was impossible to ignore. I explained that I had never experienced anything like this before and that the swelling appeared exactly where the filler was placed. My concerns were brushed aside with a level of detachment that made it clear the conversation was over before it began. LaserAway Arcadia offered me shifting explanations, dismissive responses, and no accountability. I walked in expecting expertise and transparency. I walked out feeling like a transaction, not a patient. If you’re considering this location for aesthetic treatments, I hope my experience helps you make an informed decision.
