Thrilled with the results - I feel lighter and freer

After researching lipidema doctors for over a year, I found Dr. Wright to be the premier surgeon in this field. Personally trained by the surgeon who pioneered the lymphatic sparing treatments, and with an emphasis on scholarly research on the field, I knew Dr. Wright was the best. Dr. Wright and his entire staff of friendly professionals provided wonderfully knowledgeable treatment for...

Best In The Industry

Dr Wright and his team did an amazing job from start to finish with my varicose vein! Krystal is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable asking questions. She said right away be prepared for us to have a long term relationship! I lived my experience so much that my husband went to them to have varicose veins repaired. I’m also looking into other services they offer as well. H...

I experienced no pain or discomfort during the procedures

I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Wright for greatly improving my quality of life. Not only did he effectively treat my varicose veins, but he also performed two liposuction procedures that have made a tremendous difference. The first procedure targeted my interior and anterior thighs, and I was amazed at how it positively impacted my gait and relieved stress on my knees. The...

Q: Can you do sclerotherapy and legs botox at the same time?
Answered by Dr. WrightFebruary 17, 2024

A: There are no adverse interactions between all the Sclerosant medications and Botox. I think it is safe to both be done on the same day. Wishing you the best of health

Q: Saggy breasts after weight loss. Is there a real non-surgical option?
Answered by Dr. WrightFebruary 17, 2024

A: To get the biggest lift of your breasts, after weight loss, an open surgical breast lift is usually the most effective option. However, Renuvion Skin Tightening with Liposuction can give a nice lift of 2 to 4 cm [1 to 2 inches] to your nipples areola complex, and breasts. There are almost always no visible scars with Liposuction with Renvion and no risk of loss of sensation of the nipples. The recovery after breast liposuction and Renuvion Plasma is much quicker and easier than the recovery for an open surgical breast lift/reduction.

Q: Is laser liposuction the procedure right for me? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. WrightFebruary 17, 2024

A: Forceful thank you for sharing your photo. I can see that you are fit and only need some fine-tuning to treat a few stubborn areas to give you the best definition. I think you are an excellent candidate for Laser Liposuction or Liposuction with Renuvion Plasma of both your abdomen and flanks. I don't think non-invasive treatments such as Coolsculpting will do much for you. Wishing you the best.

Q: Uneven arm Lipo - how can I fix it? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. WrightFebruary 17, 2024

A: Januala, Thank you for sharing your photo. I am sorry to learn about your uneven liposuction results. It is possible to correct the unevenness with revision liposuction, but it is not guaranteed to correct the symmetry. I would not rush to get a revision surgery. I recommend waiting at least 6 months to a year before having another surgery to let everything heal. Wishing you the best of health.

Q: Alternatives to traditional lipo for BMI 21? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. WrightFebruary 17, 2024

A: Emily Rose, Thank you for sharing your photos. Noninvasive options such as Coolsculpting or Cutaneous Laser are just not that effective and would be a waste of your money. Laser Liposuction or Liposuction with Renuvion [Plasma Liposuction] will give you the most definition. If this procedure is done with Local Tumescent Liposuction you can go to work the next day.
