I took the plunge!! Signed up for 4 sessions and got one free!! So 5 sessions total. I weigh 135 lbs and am 5 foot 4 inches tall and am generally in good shape. I just wanted to have the "edge". I decided to get emsculpt neo because of the RF that will help with fat burn and more muscle growth! I got an under-eye filler treatment performed in this clinic December last year. After a chat with the specialist, she recommended injecting 2 seringues in order to solve my issues, they were doing Black Friday promos and I had to pay $1500 tax included for the treatment. After reflecting about it, I called her the next morning and advised I would only proceed with 1. I wanted to see the effects before going with 2, it seemed a lot for my concerns. The day of the treatment, they ended up injecting the full 2 seringues. Ever since my eyes have been super puffy. I sent an email mid December voicing my concerns but was just met with no solutions just a recommendation to wait. I waited for 3 months and still the work they’ve done looks terrible. I went to a different specialist that confirmed my suspicions, they used too much fillers and I’ll probably need it dissolved. Pls stay away. I also had no follow-up or email asking about my recovery, even after voicing my concerns. I am deeply disappointed by their service. My sister has been a long time client and performed many skin treatments with their clinic, I thought it was the right place to go but sadly it isn’t.
