La Belle Center for Cosmetic Surgery

Hi Everyone, I'm 5'2" and approx. 201 lbs. as of this morning YAY! My highest weight was 260 and I have about 30 pounds to go to reach my goal of 175 and/or a size 10/12. I told God and myself once this will be my LAST time every seeing a 2 on the scale as a first number. I had surgery done in 2013 on my underarms to remove my hidradenitis suppurativa. During that, they removed my Lat muscles, lipoed my back only and repaired my underarms that way. Me being young, dumb, and unhealthy I gained most of my weight after the surgery and it went directly in my stomach! UGH! I've always been plus size and my weight has always fluctuated but I never had a big stomach. Usually my stomach is the first to go as soon as I put my mind to dropping pounds. So you can imagine my horror when nothing about my stomach changed 60 lbs later. Decided to assist my mind in getting these last 30 lbs off of me, to get lipo. The doctor said to get a "flat flat" stomach I would need a tummy tuck but I want to have children so that's not an option. Also, I'm not real big on the "perfect look", I just want to feel good in my skin. I moved fast LOL because I am an over thinker. Had my consultation on 6/18 and had my procedure done on 6/26. I am 5 days post op and I see a difference. I am swollen and a tad lumpy but I see changes everyday. My side view I see the most improvement. My only bad complaint is the compression garment. I think it is a tad bit too small. It irritated my legs so much I cut them off. LOL I rigged my compression garment with the bottoms of a tight girdle until my new garment comes in Friday. We'll see if I get fussed at tomorrow at my follow up appointment. LOL I'll put pics of the morning of my procedure vs today. I'm just ready to get back into the gym!!
