Overall I am very happy with my results

I had a very good experience with Dr A and his staff from beginning to end. It started with a Zoom consultation, as Dr A was in Greece at the time. The consultation was for fat transfer to the lip and was very thorough. He answered all my questions and discussed a lot of things in which I wouldn’t have even thought to ask. He was one of four consultations I had and this was not my experience w...

The Best Surgeon!!

Dr Anastasatos is nothing short of amazing and is an extremely skilled surgeon. I have worked in the medical field with thousands of surgeons over the last 20 years so my expectations are extremely high. During my consultation he understood my concerns and was completely honest and realistic with what he could do and the results I would have. Finding a good surgeon that is skilled is not the...

Now I truly do love what I see when I look in the mirror

Dr. Anastasatos is the best plastic surgeon one can find. Originally, I was looking for a surgeon that does tummy tucks however, I came across the minimally evasive facelift (MIMS) and I was immediately excited. Prior to this find, I had no clue this type of surgery, (one that provides a facelift with no evasive scarring and no long term recovery) even existed. After meeting w Dr. Anastasatos,...

Technical skills combined with utter artistry that led to an amazing result in my face

Not new to plastic surgery, I first consulted Dr Anastasatos to correct previous facial fat transfer that had resulted in unsightly lumps and bags under my eyes . I’d also had a facelift 6 years earlier, but the results were bad - I had significant drooping in my lower face . From my first consultation with Dr Anastasatos I understood he was different to other plastic surgeons I had met b...

Q: Am I too skinny for BBL at 5'3, 135lbs, 24 BMI? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. AnastasatosApril 15, 2021

A: Based on your photos, what you will benefit the most is by doing more extensive liposuction, Lipo 360, that will give you the shape that you desire to have. The main areas that you can have major improvement include your entire back and flanks. You are not too skinny to undergo a major body transformation. Body contouring will go a long way for you, because it will create an hour-glass shape for you. The fat transfer to hips will give you more feminine curves. Uneven thighs may be improved with more liposuction, but only if done with a specific technique.

Q: Can I get a full TT?
Answered by Dr. AnastasatosApril 15, 2021

A: Based on the photos you provided, you may be a candidate for a tummy tuck surgery to address the stretch marks and loose skin you have developed after pregnancy. Unfortunately, diet and exercise will not fix it. You will benefit from having a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of your flanks to give you a narrower waist and accentuate your overall fit figure. It is not possible to remove all of your stretch marks. But with tummy tuck they will be pulled down closer to the incision line. The stretch marks on your sides may still be there.

Q: Will getting a BBL make my heavy breast worse?
Answered by Dr. AnastasatosApril 14, 2021

A: BBL procedure will not improve or worsen the back tension you are experiencing, nor will it improve it. BBL procedure does not affect your breast size, droopiness, or heaviness. You may need to consider having breast reduction and lift as another procedure in the future that will alleviate your back pain symptoms.

Q: Am I too thin for a Brazilian Butt lift at 5'6" and 154 pounds?
Answered by Dr. AnastasatosJune 5, 2018

A: The secret of the superior BBL is not so much the amount of fat harvested and transferred but the sculpting and contouring performed around the buttocks and the waist.

Based on your pictures I feel you can have a considerable improvement with a BBL and you have enough fat to make a noteworthy impression.

Thank you.

Q: Can you get lipo/BBL if you have iInterstitial Cystitis or Trigonitis?
Answered by Dr. AnastasatosJune 5, 2018

A: The BBL and tummy tuck are beautiful surgeries with gratifying outcomes. But before any such serious undertaking you must make sure there are NO other active medical conditions going on. Because then complications may occur.

Pleas make sure with your primary care MD and urologist that everything is treated before seeking plastic surgery.

PS: Tummy tuck surgery could help with certain bladder conditions especially after child birth.
