Jamie Smith Practice Manager
With 24 years of nursing experience, Jamie joined our practice as Dr. Robinson’s nurse, office manager and patient coordinator. She oversees day-to-day operations and works closely with Dr. Robinson and our staff members to ensure the success of the practice. She is also dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals by being a loyal patient-advocate throughout the surgical process. You will feel at ease with her during this process because she is attentive, compassionate and thorough. In her personal time, Jamie loves running half/full marathons and vacationing at her family condo in Carolina Beach, NC.
Kim has been with Indiana Plastic Surgery since 2001, she serves as our insurance coordinator who will graciously be your personal liaison for all insurance related matters. Kim is usually the last friendly face you will see before you leave our office. She will assist you during your check-out process to ensure that you have had exceptional service and care, your purchases are completed, and your next appointment is scheduled. When Kim is not working she enjoys multi-tasking between her two boys and their sports.
Laura is the first friendly face you will be greeted by when you enter our office. She joined our practice in September, 2008 and loves to interact with our patients to make their experience positive and enjoyable. Laura has over 10 years of work experience as an accountant in the insurance industry and uses her knowledge to contribute to the success of our finances. We consider her to be a valuable member of our team. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time traveling with her family.
Valerie Weisbrodt Aesthetician
Valerie joined Indiana Plastic Surgery as our aesthetician in April, 2009. After working in retail management for several years, she decided to pursue a career in a field that had always interested her – skincare. After completing 900 hours of esthetics education, she took the Indiana State Licensing Exam and received her Esthetician License in 2008.
She has received certification in the use of PCA skin chemical peels and skincare products, as well as the Lumenis M22 IPL Aesthetic Treatment System and Lumenis LightSheer Duet Laser Hair Removal System. With the addition of Valerie to our practice, we are now able to offer chemical peels, microdermabrasion, skin consultations, Sapphire 3 Photo Abrasion therapy, Reveal Imaging, facials, waxing services, IPL photofacials, Micro-needling, ResurFX, and hair removal. Valerie loves working with her patients, helping them achieve the skin they have always desired.
Mary Fefferman Aesthetician
Mary joined Indiana Plastic surgery in May of 2015. After staying home for 10 years to raise her three beautiful daughters, she returned to school to become a Licensed Esthetician. She completed Esthetics training, including an internship in a medical setting with True University. After working for two years in a spa, Mary decided to advance her skills with a medical practice. She is certified in the use of SkinMedica, PCA and Revision peels and products as well as skilled in diverse facial treatments. She has also been trained and has experience with the many esthetic devices and lasers available at our practice. Mary strives to exceed each patient’s skin care expectations and use her expertise to accentuate everyone’s beauty. With her training, experience, and passion for skincare, Mary is a great addition to our practice. In her free time, she spends time attending her daughters’ many activities and loves to travel with her family.
Penny is the newest member of our team, joining as of 2015. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University Calumet. After college, she exercised her accounting skills and education with a large insurance firm in Chicago. Along with her accounting background, she also has 10 plus years in sales and customer service. Her experience and ambitious personality will bring new and innovative ideas to our company. She loves working with people and thrives in making sure clients always leave with a smile. During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
LuAnne joined our team in 2016 and has been a true asset to our practice. She has a special talent for coordinating and decorating for our special events and is always looking for imaginative ways to enhance our office as well as our patient’s experience. As part of the front desk staff, she looks forward to assisting you during your office visit. LuAnne enjoys any quality time she can spend with her family, especially at Florida’s Siesta Key Beach.
