I still rate my experience so far a 10 out of 10

After researching for 2 years (right after my C-section) I found Dr Z at HZ plastic Surgery in Orlando. I had a terrible experience with both c-sections. The last one having a student doctor preform with the same DR. that happened to be on call that did my last surgery. He bleed into me and cut my daughter. It was a nightmare. Anyways, I worked my ass off to pay out of pocket to get this...

Breast augmentation - 450cc in the right and 415cc in the left

I had breast augmentation with Dr Lyly HZ Plastic Surgery on July 6th. I for 450cc in the right breast and 415cc in the left breast as this one was slightly larger in the base. Both under the muscle moderate profile. I'm 5'9, 4 breastfed children and weigh approximately 140 pounds.

Skilled! Revised my TT scar & belly button from different surgeon’s work

I don’t think I will ever go to a different plastic surgeon. Both he and his staff have been incredible. My surgery was 2 weeks ago and my results are already better than I expected. He revised my tt scar and bellybutton from a different surgeon’s work. I am not exaggerating, my bellybutton looked like a cat [RS bleep] before Dr. Afshari got a hold of it. Dr Afshari took this tummy tuck by som...

5 Q&A

Q: My breast implant is not dropping, would Prednisone and Singulair help it drop? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. ZekirovskiOctober 15, 2018

A: This is not unusual. It takes time for the implants to drop and sometimes they will drop at different times. I wouldn't be worried about it at this point since is still early. If at 6 months you are having the same issues, I would address it with your surgeon. Continue with the breast massage because this could potentially help. Good luck

Q: Is my incision/implant infected? Should I be concerned? (photo)
Answered by Dr. ZekirovskiSeptember 23, 2018

A: It's hard to know exactly by just looking at that incision if there is an active infection. Sometimes it can just be a superficial wound infection without affecting the implant pocket. This has to be confirmed by your surgeon in person. I would have this looked at as soon as possible to avoid more serious problems. I hope that helps and good luck

Q: What type of top surgery do I have a chance at? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. ZekirovskiFebruary 5, 2018

A: I would definitely recommend starting testosterone first and waiting to see how your body changes. The hormones can potentially decrease the volume of your beasts and give you more surgical options. Right now, your volume may be too large for a periareolar procedure. My preferred procedure is the partial mastectomy with free nipple grafts. It places the scar in the most anatomical position and gives the best chest contour. The drawback is loss of nipple sensation. I recommend being on testosterone for at least a year and reevaluate the chest at that time. Good luck with your decision!

Q: I am 2 months post op fat grafting to butt and hips. Is cellulite or dumpling normal? (photo)
Answered by Dr. ZekirovskiJanuary 10, 2018

A: Unfortunately, one of the drawbacks of fat transfer to the buttocks is the potential worsening of cellulite. Cellulite is completely normal and everyone has it. Of course, some people more than others. What makes the dimples are fibers which are part of the connective tissue. These fibers connect the skin to the muscle fascia and are not very flexible. The fat is located within this space. As the fat volume increases (weight gain or fat transfer), it causes those fibers to stretch, making dimples more noticeable. On the other hand, decreasing the fat volume will make the dimples less noticeable. This of course defeats the purpose of the fat grafting. However, these are the compromises we have to make.

Looking at your photos, I can see what you are concerned about, however I think you have a good result and have a great shape of your buttocks. The appearance of the cellulite is normal and acceptable. Thanks for your question and good luck!

Q: Can I take off my compression garment the day of my surgery to wash it? 1 day post TT.
Answered by Dr. ZekirovskiJanuary 2, 2018

A: Yes! I always allow my patients to take their garments off in 24 hours after surgery in order to wash them, or in case of liposuction, to also take a shower.
