I am from America and everything went smoothly. From the coordinated ride to the hotel, the full procedure, all the way back to the airport - all was scheduled and smooth. Everyone at the clinic is hard working and professional. The translator, Liliana, did great throughout - she was very helpful, organized, and cared about the success of the operation. I would recommend HWT.
Die Betreuung war sehr gut. Selbst als mein Flug 6 h Verspätung hatte, musste ich am Flughafen nicht auf das von der Klinik gestellte Taxi warten. Die Klinik war sehr sauber. Alles wurde gut erklärt. Bei der OP hatte ich keinerlei Schmerzen. Die Medikamente für die Pflege daheim, war mit der entsprechenden Erklärung auf deutsch sehr umfangreich und gut. Fragen konnten über einen Messenger immer geklärt werden. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Jetzt nach 6 Monaten, sind die Ergebnisse schon sehr sehr gut. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder machen!
I really like the results of the treatment. All people were friendly and the service was very good. Before the treatment, I felt wel informed. I got picked up by a driver from the airport as well as before and after the treatment.
Very nice experience, very nice and comunicative stuff, the romanian translator was very very good and veru helpful in any direction. The hospital was very clean and the intervention for me was with out any pain at all.
It was a great experience, the medical staff showed professionalism and explained to me everything that is going to happen and the results are amazing and for that I can only thank them and I recommend to anyone who needs.

Medically perfect Clinic. Without any doubt if I would choose again hair transplant I would do it. Medical personall, location, communication are all perfect for my part. I was mostly interested in high medical expertise and competency. After 11 months I got as I expected and wished.
