Ashley has been working alongside Dr. Holland since 2010. She has a true passion for the medical / aesthetic industry and is thrilled to be a part of the new, beautiful practice. She brings an extensive background and knowledge in surgical procedures, non-surgical services and skincare products. Above all, Ashley’s role is to offer personalized assistance to ensure your experience with Holland Plastic Surgery + Aesthetics meets all of your expectations. Outside of work, you’ll find Ashley chasing her two young boys and spending time with her husband. Favorite Treatment: Botox! She calls it her “Mommy Wake-up”.

Katie obtained her license from Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and began her career in 2002. Since then, she has worked in every aspect of the beauty industry from hair to makeup and skincare. Katie owned a successful boutique spa for 5 years, specializing in customized concierge service for her clients. Being a native of Pennsylvania, Katie decided to follow her dreams and her passion for skincare, sell the business and move to New England. She believes the aesthetics industry offers an on-going learning experience, and keeping up with available knowledge is key to being the best aesthetician possible. Katie is excited to work alongside Dr. Holland in a medical, results-driven environment. From Microneedling, Chemical peels, Coolscuplting and many other services Holland Plastic Surgery + Aesthetics has to offer, she takes pride in each treatment she performs. Katie very much enjoys connecting with her patients, establishing trust, and providing personal consideration to their needs.

Sara graduated from Andover College with her degree in Medical Assisting and has been a registered Medical Assistant for over seven years. She has a true passion for working in the medical field. Sara especially enjoys the Plastic Surgery specialty where her skills help both men and women with their pre-operative and post-operative care. Sara’s goal is to make your time at Holland Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics as comfortable as possible. When Sara is not at work she enjoys reading, hiking in the White Mountains, yoga and spending time with her husband and daughter. Sara's Favorite Treatments: Botox and CoolSculpting!
