Q Is this likely male pattern baldness, telogen effluvium, or DUPA? (Photos)
A It does look a bit diffuse to me- but regardless I think the right thing to do would be to get a work up with lab and hair analysis- start a regimen of laser cap, prescription topicals, and prescription meds and reevaluate. I am seeing more of this type of hair loss on my online treatment platform.

A I think you would benefit from a multi-faceted approach with prescription topicals, finasteride and supplements. Consider a hair analysis. We do that in my practice which serves all US states except New Mexico (pending)

Q Hair loss 4 years after minoxidil - can oral therapy help with hair growth? 44 y/o female (photos)
A In my practice I like to use oral spironolactone for women to block estrogen effect. The best thing to do is to get a good work up if you haven't to check your hormone access. If balanced, then I like to use Capillus laser cap therapy (the RX model with the most lasers) along with topical solution compounded in a certain way as well a hair supplement like Nurish or Nutrafol. A I think this looks more like TE. It should regrow on its own. Consider testing for hormones and using other prescription meds. Please reach out to me with any questions.

Q LLLT caps and initial shedding
A It's not so much the cap, it's the follicles starting to regenerate. So the hairs that were resting will be shed and new hair will grow. I would recommend other prescription topicals as well as Nurish from Capillus as a supplement. Please reach out with any questions.
