Harrington + Associates Plastic Surgery - Plymouth

I have been to the Spa Clinic for a few procedures now. I have always seen Kristina for my injectable fillers. She is a true artist in placement, wit a good eye for detail. I am always pleased with my results!
Kristina also performed my Cellfina procedure a couple years ago and the results are almost too good to be true! I never thought I would ever be able to reduce, let alone get rid of, my cellulite, but Iam SO very happy I had it done.

The procedure was very quick (about 2hrs in and out), went home the same day, and I had ZERO pain during the actual procedure (and I have a very low pain tolerance). Recovery was painful but that's to be expected. Lots of swelling and bruising. I was prescribed Percocet, a steroid, antibiotic, and Vistiral. Plan to be off your feet lying in bed for at least a week. I used ice on and off, a squirt bottle filled with water when urinating to reduce the sting, and a donut cushion to sit on when I finally could sit. Once the itching started it was almost worse than the pain. I was instructed to use Neosporin which I ended up being allergic to so that caused unbearable itching. Everything healed beautifully after that and I can barely see any scarring.

So worth it!! Clothing and activities are much more comfortable!! The procedure was done in office under local anesthesia so no surgery room cost or driver needed. The procedure was quick and very little pain afterwards. The staff was comforting and reassuring. Dr Harrington had informed me that she has performed many labiaplasties so I felt confident in choosing her!

From consult to day of surgery to follow ups, Harrington and team have been amazing! I felt very comfortable and they took the time to hear my concerns and answered all questions. I was worried about getting the right size and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t be happier!

I had breast cancer, and was on Tamoxifen for 5 years. After taking the estrogen inhibitor for 5 years, I saw a definite change in the texture of the skin on the front of my legs. They looked like I had cellulite on the front of them, and no matter how much I worked out, or lifted weights, it never got better. I went in to see my dermatologist about possible ways to fix my skin, and she referred me to Dr Harrington. Dr Harrington was awesome! She told me about the procedure Cellfina, and that it's normally used on the back of the legs, but that she was now doing it on the front of the legs. I was excited to be one of her trial patients, and am so happy that I did it.
The front of my legs are so much better! Even my husband notices the difference!
I completely recommend Dr. Harrington and her staff! They are all so kind, knowledgeable, and make any visit you have there enjoyable.
Cancer is hard enough to get through, I didn't need a constant reminder every time I looked at my legs. Dr Harrington and her staff have helped me make a new start to my survivorship and a new outlook on life!

I had the O Shot Procedure five weeks ago. My reason for having it done was because of leakage caused by laughter or sneezing. Since the date of the procedure I have not had any problems with urinary incontinence. There is quite a bit a pressure when the O Shot is being injected. Over all the whole procedure does not take very long.

Found Dr. Harrington through a friend. Dr Harrington’s office worked with insurance to ensure that the procedure would be deemed medically necessary otherwise I would not have been able to afford to have the reduction done. The Clinic staff were all very helpful and caring and were easy to reach after surgery when I had questions.

Best decision ever!! And, hands down Dr. Harrington and staff are #1. I would go back to them for anything and have highly recommend them. Dr. Harrington is compassionate and a true gift at what she does. Her staff is so friendly and caring from the moment you walk. I was referred here by a specialty clinic. I never met with Jennifer herself but the entire experience was horrible and they never did anything to make up for the multitude of issues. I'm $2000 at a loss and no results, 0 results. I don't recommend having this done under the chin. I also waited nearly an hour after my set appt time before I was taken back, then my payment process was messed up by the associate who processed it. That took more effort and time on my end along with frustrations to get this corrected. The follow up process was lacking and there is no care. Just a mention of possibly being able to provide a discount for a skin tightening procedure which may or may not work. I would NOT recommend this place. They take your money and run, especially if you're a new client. I'm sure they're much better with their long standing customers who keep spending thousands and have no problem spending that kind of money. But to pay thousands without any result at all, is horrible. Save your money and your time and your dignity and go somewhere else if you're new to them.
