Had the most amazing experience meeting Alice. She put both my friend and I at ease being the first time for both of us getting lip filler. The results were so beautifully plump and natural no one knew I had any work done but I relished in lots of compliments
I came to Alice after having Botox at another clinic where I had a long term puffy reaction and wasn’t happy with the results.
Alice was amazing and took the time to explain to me why that could’ve happened and also explained the importance of always asking what product they are using.
Alice then used real Botox on me and I’m so happy with the results. I couldn’t recommend Alice or her clinic enough and her face masks from her skincare line skin cycles are amazing

My treatment with Alice was a definite highlight for me. She sorted out a botch lip job have a few years ago and I finally have natural looking lips I love! Just kicking myself for not having done this sooner. So pleased with the outcome!
My lip filler was performed by Alice, and botox by Valentina. Not only are the results amazing, the service at the clinic was beyond amazing. I came to see Alice for a consultation and had Botox in 3 areas and a lip flip. As soon as I arrived and met Alice I felt very relaxed. Alice’s filler results on my cheeks and chin are not only stunning, but you’re also in the safest hands. Alice is hugely skilled at what she does and her recommendations for your facial treatments are honest and reliable. Bruising and swelling after filler wasn’t noticeable for me. I visited another clinic once and had horrendous pain after my treatment. Now I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to HSI.
Valentina was absolutely amazing and made me feel extremely at ease given I was quite nervous having my first treatment here, she gave me great advice at the start and we talked everything through. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I will definitely be returning!
The best clinic in London. I visited last week for an initial consultation with both Alice Henshaw and a separate one with a Nicola to discuss my skin concerns. Both Alice and Nicola listened closely to my concerns and explained options thoroughly. They recommended a treatment plan to enhance my skin and Alice Henshaw was super knowledgeable and respectful, taking into consideration my own opinions on what I want to achieve with my skin without recommending any additional procedures.
