Melissa graduated from National Aesthetics Institute in Scottsdale Arizona in 2005. She then traveled and trained for an aesthetic consulting company in the Southwest, until deciding to move back to Illinois in 2007 to be closer to family. After struggling with acne herself, she became very passionate about product ingredients and homecare, while also making a change in her client's skin using different modalities in the treatment room. Her favorite product is CE Ferulic from Skinceuticals and her favorite treatment is Micro-needling.

Stacy has been in the industry since 1990, she started working for Hada Cosmetic Medicine in 2007. Stacy specializes in body treatments and make up application. She studied in California to become a Certified Coolsculpting Specialist and will become a Master Specialist after attending Coolsculpting University this summer.

Alison graduated from Paul Mitchell Skin Academy in 2008 and started her career at Hada Cosmetic Medicine in June 2008. Since then, she has attended many additional advanced skin care courses as well as attending Coolsculpting University in 2016. Alison loves customizing individual treatment plans for each client to attain their goals. Her favorite treatment is Vivace because she feels it addresses many skin concerns with minimal downtime and long-term results. Her go-to product is Phloretin CF because it helps prevent environmental damage.
