My favorite GMS location! Everyone here is so warm and friendly. I get the best results with Amanda every time! In prior years, I tried countless referrals, however Amanda is hands down the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Each time I have done Ultherapy, I do the entire face and neck. The first time was in 2012, then in 2014, again in 2018 and now, 5 years later. This treatment was the most intense, the most painful, and had the best results. Normally I only do nitrous, but this last time I had a numbing cream plus the nitrous oxide, which helped take the edge off the pain. However, I still felt it intensely, especially on my neck and my forehead. What was different this time is the welts. In 2014 I had two welts next to my left eye on my temple and in 2018 I had a burn again near my left temple, both resolved within 10 days. This time I had welting over both sides of my neck, bright pink lines and swelling plus all over my left cheek - a series of red and pink lines plus swelling. The welts on my cheek have almost completely faded. Today is 20 days post op. The lines on my neck are no longer red, but they are a series of white welts almost like scars. I was advised to use the TNS serum with Alastin Skin Nectar on top. Today is day 20 and I am noticeably smoother and brighter. My NL lines are reduced, and marionette lines are almost gone. My forehead is lifted, plus my jawline is smoother, and cheekbones are more defined.
