I am 3 months post op after a deep plane facelift with fat grafting and CO2 laser around my eyes and mouth. I am so thrilled with my results it's hard to put it into words. To say I'm grateful to Dr. Gould is an understatement. My husband and my kids tell me I look decades younger, but totally natural and not "done". He is a brilliant surgeon with a tremendous heart for his patients. His enthusiasm and confidence made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. I have been interviewing Plastic Surgeons for a long time and have been to Miami, Dallas and all over Beverly Hills. This is THE place. His concern for patient safety is.of utmost importance and his entire group supports that ethic. I always felt I was in the finest hands before, during and after surgery. The women on staff, Elizabeth, Jazmine & Sophie are supportive, warm and professional and they were ALWAYS there for me---still are. This practice is excellence personified. Dr. Gould is a rock star.

Dr. Gould and his staff took exceptionally good care of me through a seven month process, even when it was interrupted by the Los Angeles fires. From the initial consultation, to my surgery (eyelids and brow lift), to laser resurfacing, I felt completely confident in their expertise. The follow up treatment was exceptional. I'm a 52yo male, and had a lot of laxity in the neck/face due to weight loss and genetics. I initially didn't have huge expectations for addressing my issues, but Dr. Gould did an excellent job going through all my concerns with me, and explaining what needed to be done and why. I never felt 'pressured' into anything, which is a major problem with other doctors I'd visited.

Throughout the entire process, his staff was incredible, and I always felt prepared every step of the way. I ended up having a lower face/neck lift, and it turned out perfect. Everything came out very natural, and nothing looks weird or pulled in any way. I wasn't even aware that face-lifts could be done so effectively. I later had a facial fat transfer and a lower eye skin pinch, and it came out flawless, just like the face-lift. He truly is an amazing surgeon.

As a single working mom on Wall Street (wealth mgmt advisor in Century City), I was terrified at the idea of going under the knife for the first time, so I did a lot of due diligence with a few surgeons before selecting Dr. Gould for my modest breast augmentation. (Dr. Gould came to me thru referral from a dear friend, who has had lots of work done.) Now, three months post-op, I am so so happy with my results. My breasts feel and look natural, and I’m so grateful to be able to fill out shirts and dresses better. I now feel like I’m in the body I was meant to have. I’m so grateful for Dr. Gould for making me feel more beautiful. I’m happier when I see myself in a swimsuit or tight top, and am so thankful he gave me exactly what I’d hoped for- both in look and experience. This is the doc you need to hire.

I chose Dr. Gould for my abdominoplasty and lipo 360 after hours of research and multiple consultations with various surgeons. He is knowledgeable, clear/thorough in his communication, and invested in providing optimal results evidenced by his research and innovative practice. I am 3 months post op and have a flat tummy for the first time in my adult life. Dr. Gould repaired my diastasis recti and hernia. While I am slowly getting back into my gym routine, there has been noticeable improvement in core strength/function already. Dr Gould is nothing short of amazing! I initially went in for a consultation after being unsatisfied with a previous tummy tuck and bbl. He spent a lot of time with me, addressing my concerns and making suggestions on how to best reach my goals. I immediately felt extremely comfortable in proceeding with setting a surgery date. Dr Gould was extremely knowledgeable and very humble and affordable. I could feel that he seen me as a person versus dollar signs and truly cares about his patients experience. Immediately after my surgery, I was blown away by my result and as time passes and the swelling continues to subside I become more and more impressed by Dr Gould’s work. I’m also very grateful for the amount of post op care that he provides. His practice is definitely not a one and done type of place. I go into his office every three months so that he can check on my progress, address any questions or concerns that I may have and do some complementary laser treatments on my surgical scars.
