I completely agree with other experts who had answered your question. Only time will reverse the effects of Botox. However, in this situation there are a couple of things that may be done.
1) Relaxation of the brow depressor muscles. There are two group of muscles that work on lowering the brows: glabella complex (muscle between the brown and the nose bridge) and orbicularis oculi (round muscle of the eye). Injecting additional Botox in those muscles will block their action of down pull on the brows. Which may result in neutralizing the brow position.
2) Stimulate your metabolism to make the effect of Botox reverse quicker. This may include sunna, hot Yoga, cardio exercises. Anything that will make you sweat.
And finally, anything that tightness your hair back such as a tight pony or a braid will help to elevate the skin of your eyes.
