I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley at the Realself House of Modern Beauty Event in Seattle. She was friendly, confident, and very knowledgeable about the product and procedure. She gave me 40 units of Botox. I will definitely go back to Pacific Dermatology & Cometic Center for Botox and everything else they have to offer. I received this complimentary treatment at the RealSelf House of Modern Beauty. 

I saw Ashley for Botox injections. She was knowledgeable and professional, as was the team working with her. I have had Botox in the past and she offered some treatment areas I hadn’t thought of in the past without any pressure to treat. You can tell she is an experienced injector. Ashley really took the time with me to compare what I thought I needed and what she felt like could be preventative care Botox for me. I came in looking for some forehead wrinkle reduction and TMJ/Masseter Botox. Immediately after Ashley was finished injecting I felt at least some relief, I hear it takes about 2 weeks to fully kick in. I can’t wait for that two week mark because my jaw already feels SO much better. I had asked my dermatologist for a recommendation to help with my acne scarring and something to help with my under eye area and he recommended Pacific Dermatology. I had to make sure that I got the best treatment after living with years of acne and acne scarring! Ashley is amazing. She provided me with a variety of options and described everything in detail and really made me feel comfortable in choosing the best product for me. So far I’ve received fillers and peels and I’m finally starting to love my skin! I never felt pushed to buy something that I didn’t need, which can happen at places that don’t employ certified dermatologists. Ashley is fantastic! Very friendly and likeable. I got Botox in my masseter and my forehead. And I’m super happy with my results - she explained what she was doing as she was injecting me and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Abby did an amazing job on my lips! I get so many compliments. I wanted them fuller, but to still look natural and she did just that. No bruising and very little pain (their numbing cream is the best I've ever used!) Highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get this done!

I have been a dermatology patient at Pacific Dermatology for ten years. I have had moles removed and chemical peels. All procedures were performed very well. So I have extreme confidence in her practice. Recently I noticed my chin area was starting to sage and was not happy with my profile. Dr. Reichel listened to my concerns and recommended chin microliposuction in conjunction with Ultherapy. It has been 4 months from the date of the procedure and I am very pleased with the results. She is very skilled and professional. 

Dr. Reichel answered my questions and listened to my concerns. I have had lip filler once before this and I absolutely love my person who is in Portland; however, she is not going to be available until later this month (New Years Eve day), which was way too long for my lips. I wanted them settled (so I didn't look like a duck) before the holidays. Also, Portland is a two and a half hour drive for me, which is a pain if I needed adjustments. I booked with Dr. Reichel for two reasons: 1. To establish a relationship with a local provider that does awesome work, and 2. To get an appointment sooner rather than later. Dr. Reichel did not disappoint when it came to her knowledge about cosmetic procedures, her willingness to answer questions directly, and her ability to address my concerns (i.e., placement of lip filler and how accentuates laugh lines). She used one syringe of Juvederm. My lips look FANTASTIC. Also, I did not know this before booking, but Dr. Reichel is best friends with my usual person in Portland and actually trained her. Definitely a cool coincidence that helped me feel even more confident in her abilities. My only complaints were the time it took Dr. Reichel to see me after I arrived and how her Renton office handled it. I arrived on-time for my appointment. When I still had not been seen 20 minutes later, I asked the staff the estimated time of arrival. I understand that doctors run late - it happens. I would have appreciated staff check-ins. It would have demonstrated awareness that I had been waiting and I would have felt more valued as a patient. That being said I would still see Dr. Reichel for nonsurgical lip augmentation because she does quality work and I may also see her for ultherapy in the Spring (she looks amazing and kind of sold me on it). Updated on 6 Jan 2019: At the time of the procedure, I immediately noticed that one side of my lips was flatter than then other. I pointed it out in the moment and was abruptly told, "I put the same amount on each side!" Ok, I trusted her. Well, they healed the way they looked that day. The side that is flatter stayed flatter. I went to my usual gal who fixed it for me and helped with my other needs (non-surgical jaw contouring and chin augmentation). Skin by Lovely my be more expensive, but they are amazing and always do an amazing job. I am going to stick with them for most things. I am still considering Ultherapy with Dr. Reichel down the road.

I have had Botox regularly over the years with good results. I moved and needed a provider near my home, so made an appointment with Pacific Dermatology. The office staff was great and the provider was courteous. I described my previous Botox treatments: forehead, between brows, a little around my mouth. I didn't know exact dosage but said the doctor had mentioned it was a very light treatment. The new provider suggested I get some in my crow's feet too which sounded fine. Result: forehead looks great, but my mouth and cheeks are messed up. For two weeks I couldn't chew without my face totally distorting. 3 weeks in, I still can't drink from a straw without odd creases appearing and my mouth feels tight and odd. My crows feet look worse than before, as I now have extra vertical lines running down my cheeks when I smile. It's like the Botox just pushed the wrinkles down to another area of my face. My husband never noticed my Botox in the past as the results were good but subtle. This time he asked me what the heck I had done to my face. It's really embarrassing. I am praying the Botox wears off soon because I have a big family event to attend and I am dreading it.
