Q: Can this blue vein be removed safely? (photo)
Answered by Dr. FoxJuly 11, 2021

A: LASER can be used to remove this but you would need special protection for your eyes. It is close to the eyes but the laser should take care of the veins but the eyes need to be protected.

Q: Is it possible to treat eyelid veins with laser? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. FoxJuly 11, 2021

A: To laser these you would need intraocular protection to prevent damaging the eyes. They make special intraocular shields

Q: My regimen is not working on hairline: fin, PRP, microneedling (minoxidil's giving me acne). Dutasteride?
Answered by Dr. FoxJuly 11, 2021

A: WE have had great success and are completing a trial with microneedling using no rf and ante age hair formula. The ante age uses stem cells. We use the professional grade serum but ask patients to use the at home formulations in between therapy. We recommend 6 months of monthly sessions every two weeks for 3 months then monthly for three months.

Q: What is the recommended procedure for dark reticular veins around the eyes? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. FoxJuly 11, 2021

A: You can usually do a laser to get rid of these but may need inraocular protection to protect your eyes during this treatment.

Q: how long do you have to wait after filler to have micro-needling RF procedure?
Answered by Dr. FoxJuly 11, 2021

A: I would recommend doing the micro needling and rf prior to the filler or botox. We do not like to do these at the same time. I usually recommend doing the micro needling and rf prior or at least two weeks after. The Botox can set over a week to 10 days and I would hold off until it fully sets in. As well, I usually recommend that someone wait around 2 weeks after filler placement for micro needling and rf.
