To answer your question re: Cool sculpting timeframes. Many patients can start to see their preliminary results by 6-8 weeks, your body must discover the pathway to metabolize the dead fat cells, for some people this process take longer than others. Every individual is so unique.

  I usually tell patients to wait between 2 and 4 months in between treatments, depending on the ability of their personal results. I think you are in perfect timing for your body to schedule your second treatment. Your body is currently metabolizing and removing the dead fat cells from the first treatment, a well timed 2nd treatment seems reasonable at this time for you. You will see the final results from any given treatment at about 4 months time, following cool sculpting treatment. Best of luck to you, enjoy your new sculpted you:)

Greetings, firstly I must say, You should call your provider when ever you have any symptoms after a procedure, even coolsculpting.  it sounds like you are experiencing one of the side effects of CoolSculpting, Nerve Pain. Not all patients experience this type of pain, however the Patients who do experience nerve pain tend to experience nerve pain have the pain from  3-14 days  post treatment.  Again I believe you should Consult with your CoolSculpting Provider for advice. They should have a pain protocol in place and be able to help you through this period of "neuralgia". 

IBU or Tylenol can alleviate some pain, but the nerve pains are unique and may need treatment which your provider can provide for you. The best of luck to you and remember to trust the process, Coolsculpting really does work and is a great solution to these stubborn areas. :)

The procedure is simple with virtually no down time, unlike all surgical options and procedures such as laser.   The suction cup comes in different sizes depending on the person's needs in the area and takes on average 35-45 minutes per cycle. if you are shopping make sure to ask if the practice has more than one machine, dual sculpting with 2 machines at the same time is a much faster option. also ask if the practice uses the Zimmer post sculpt, this is a mechanical massage that is times and perfected and gives you up to a 30% better result. 

It looks like there is an actual crease or indentation that could be addressed with a HA filler. Botox may help as well. Another option I would like to offer is Halo / BBL laser for skin resurfacing and refinement. This treatment has the potential to completely resurface and regenerate the tissue for a bright finish.
