CoolSculpting
Q Had 2 consults for CoolSculpting, each had a different process than the other. Feedback on which is safest? (photos)
A

CoolSculpting is a unique and customizable treatment, the protocols at the Coolsculpting University are well planned with specific applicators for specific treatment sites. If you need to de-bulk an area the large Plus applicator is a great option if in fact you are sculpting an area or have a smaller treatment site the smaller applicators are appropriate.

Both of these treatments you have described are safe, however,  it may be that you have a better result with one over the other. Coolsculpting is a relatively new treatment for eradication of unwanted fat.  at My clinic we have done several different methods, layering and or dual applicators over stubborn sites to optimize best results. The CoolSculpt protocol generally dictates the use of overlap with 2-4" overlap for best results and sculpting of the abdomen or flanks. We follow your body's contour lines. You look like a good candidate by looking at your pictures, enjoy your journey.
