I went to Dr Freeman for my rhinoplasty and I am SO happy with my results! I have the nose I have always wanted and wish I had gone sooner! I don’t even live near Charlotte but I knew this was the place to go. Also the entire staff is awesome, I would 100% recommend.

Through Dr. Freeman’s mastery of facial plastic surgery, I now look at least 10 to 15 years younger. I am a 64-year-old man. The procedures performed for me included a deep plane mini-tuck (to correct face and neck skin laxity), soof lift (to correct under-eye bags), brow lift (to correct eye lid sag) and a small chin implant (to improve my profile). [Note: I didn’t even know I needed a chin implant, but I did and like it!] Dr. Freeman’s skill in performing the deep plane face lift, honed by years of experience, is a procedure few plastics surgeons are well-trained to perform (or perform at all). It is the gold standard in face lift surgery resulting in a more natural post-operative appearance. All one needs to do is look at the amazing before-and-after photos for proof of Dr. Freeman’s ability to transform his patients into their younger selves. I would highly recommend Dr. Freeman and his professional, friendly staff!

I turned 65 this year and realized I could hang around this earth another 20-25 yrs. Yikes! I surely didn't want to do it looking like "Death eating a cracker". I have had 4 sugical procedures in the past and knew to do my research first before having a facelift. I found only one surgeon in Charlotte, NC, who does Only Faces, Dr. Sean Freeman at the Center for Facial Prastic and Laser Surgery in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Freeman has been specializing in facial surgery for 20 plus years. He is truly skilled in a technique called "Deep Plane". Using this technique, he will tighten and re-position the facial muscles so that you don't have a stretched, worked on look. He and his staff are very friendly and will answer all your questions and he takes care of follow-up for at least a year after surgery. My results were FANTASTIC! I didn't have a lot of swelling or bruising. I was out in public within 2 weeks and nobody knew I'd had surgery. Not even my children! Dr. Freeman has the skill of an artist and I highly recommend him. Don't settle for less than the very best, I had a mini tuck facelift with laser resurfacing and I would do it again.

I only had two consultations before having a consult with Dr. Sean freeman I knew before I went in that he was the doctor I wanted. Unfortunately, my results did not turn out as I had hoped for. From the side my nose looks good when you look at me from the front it is crooked, Very very very noticeably crooked! I am extremely disappointed and hurt with my results from a front view, I waited two years in hopes that it was somehow still swelling and for the most part some of it was. But it is still very obvious that one side was “shaved” down more than the other or one side just not at all. Every time I take a picture I feel like crying. I don’t feel as if Dr. Freeman is a bad surgeon I feel like he is very talented my results unfortunately are just not his best work. I know my surgery was right after somebody else I don’t know if maybe he was tired or just forgot one side all together but one side looks the same as it did before surgery and the other is the perfect cute little nose I wanted, I’m so hurt I paid full price for one side to look like this.
