Prior to "flying" to Corona California for an appointment on June 3rd, I had an in-depth conversation with Ashlee Florez. I explained to her I wanted to fill my glutes specifically for competing and it was really important that we get it right, I shared my current size, that I was competing in 4 weeks and what I wanted to accomplish. She stated they can fill my glutes, and it is easy considering they have done a lot of these. To secure my appointment, she asked for a deposit, which I gave her in the amount of $5k on June 3rd. I asked her about how much it would cost to get the filler, and she said probably closer to 10k depending on what size I want. I then scheduled an appointment with them. First time I came in was on June 25th, where they stated I really needed more filler to see anything. I agreed and asked what I should expect. They said I can get back to working out and life the next day, but that I may be bruised a little. I agreed to this and they charged me another $9469 on June 25th. I explained to them again prior to injection I was competing in 4 weeks and she said, " absolutely no problem". I was extremely clear this was a big deal as every NPC show I do costs about 5-6k, plus they knew I didn’t live in California. Summer performed the procedure and as soon as it was completed my glutes looked beyond deformed . Every since the first day they filled my glutes, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Summer continued to get more defensive when I would ask questions and we had been back and forth, and we continued to go back and forth through end of November until I realized they have been and arent able to fix the issues after they tool over 30,000 dollars! They haven’t looked normal since she touched me. If anything, they are deformed and bumpy ALL Over. A Right after the 1st procedure Summer their NP said, “It will look bad for a couple of days and then you will start to look better. After a week, I texted and called Ashle to advise they still didn’t look good(I sent additional pictures) and she stated to just massage it and it would be ok, but to keep in touch. As I got closer to my show, it was a little better, but it didn’t look remotely normal and under any lighting it looked extremely disformed (sent more pictures). I ended up having to do my first NPC show on July 6th due to paying in advance and I was extremely "embarrassed and was asked to get off the stage". I sent both Ashlee and Summer pictures immediately. Summer got on the phone and was defensive right away and said “You are just too lean and I haven’t done anyone your size”. Then she stated “I do not know what you want me to do, but you need to put on a couple of pounds. She saw my size before doing anything and how I was lean and did the procedure regardless and never said anything about that being a concern. I explained to her this is exactly what we discussed prior to injecting and prior to me flying out, getting a hotel and paying WAY over the original estimate. I booked a flight, rented a car, booked a hotel and spent $2500 again to come back. I understand that not everything is perfect and paid to come back. During this session, Summer stated that she wasn’t really sure what to do, but I just needed to gain weight and adding more product would help camouflage the issue. There wasn’t really anything I could do but do what she said. I paid another $9469. It made my glutes look even worst. They then filled my glutes with more product. They stated this should fix things. Fast forward and it did nothing to help except make me spend even more money. I have spent months giving them the opportunity to fix the issue, but this entire process started at 10-15k (per our conversation) and in total I have paid them- $33,789 just for their services not including another 20k in dr. bills, MRI's, surgeries. Go at your own risk and bring a big checkbook. This place should be shut down and their license revoked. I am ruined!
Would not recommend for fillers. I had Bellafill injected here at this facility by Summer Castillo, and it was by far the worst mistake of my life. She did not fill in the correct plane. Unfortunately, it's a permanent filler and a regret I will live with.
