Rebecca has a 20-year history in the aesthetic industry. Rebecca’s passion has always been about result driven treatments and ensuring that you have a tailored treatment plan to accomplish your skin care goals and that suits your lifestyle. Before founding Exhale Spa (Now EsthetixMD) in Bend 18 years ago, Rebecca was a business manager for a New York based global aesthetic company. She has been a clinician and an educator in the aesthetic industry, she is a certified advanced esthetician, medical assistant, laser clinician, and laser safety officer. Rebecca’s background gives her the perspective on both the safest techniques with the highest efficacy, giving EsthetixMD consumers a consistent and satisfied outcome. Her success growing Exhale into EsthetixMD reflects her commitment to keeping all clinicians within EsthetixMD current in education and FDA approved effective new technology, cosmeceuticals, and medical grade products.

Amy Milne, RN BSN is a Board Certified Registered Nurse at EsthetixMD. Amy has been a registered nurse for 26 years. She has been with EsthetixMD since 2010 and brings 15 years of experience in Aesthetic Injectables. She has a passion for helping her clients achieve a natural youthful appearance through the practice of cosmetic injectables. She truly enjoys the artistry of injectable fillers and considers each patient’s face her work of art. She received her first training in the art of injectable cosmetics from plastic surgeon Dr. Lee Robison in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Over the last 13 years she has continued to attend multiple trainings, seminars and routinely collaborates with other practitioners to better her techniques and learn about the latest and most up to date techniques and products in the aesthetic field.

Cri is the head of one of the most experienced CoolSculpting specialists’ team in the nation. She graduated from Mt View High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. With over 12 years in Medical Aesthetics experience, she started her career in New York, trained by the best. She has assisted in multiple NIH laser research projects. Cri completed the Advanced Masters course at Allergan’s national training center – she has the distinct honor of being the first CoolSculpting Master specialist in Oregon. Cri’s full dedication to the best results allows her to create treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s individual needs. Her constant need for continued education and excellent results allows her clients to make informed decisions and feel confident in her expertise as they progress through their results-based treatment plan. Sarah started in the Aesthetics industry in 2007. She has been an MA CoolSculpting specialist at EsthetixMD since 2015. Sarah then went back to school and obtained her Certified Advanced Esthetics license in 2017. Sarah is passionate about her career and cares about creating a lasting relationship with her clients, which is shown in the detail and attention she gives each client during a treatment. On her off days she likes to spend time with her four children, go hiking around Central Oregon, travel and cook for her friends and family.

Sara Nicole Will is a Bend Native who is passionate about laser work. As a Licensed Advanced Aesthetician and CNA with combined experience of over 10 years, Sara Nicole gets to blend her medical and aesthetic knowledge to provide treatments that are results driven and on educating her clients on their journey. “I care about my clients and their results. One of the most exciting parts of my job and getting to compare before and after photo and seeing the smiles on their faces.” When not in the office, Sara Nicole loves to spend time with her two children and enjoying what Central Oregon has to offer.

Jauna discovered her passion for Esthetics in 2010 as the owner/operator of a small airbrush tanning business. This is when she discovered the joy of helping people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin- which is what she loves most about being an Aesthetician. In 2014 she obtained her Master Aesthetics license in Washington State where she was trained and certified in laser & light therapies, radio frequency technologies and various chemical peels. She obtained her Advanced Esthetics License when she and her family moved to Bend in 2017.

Hannah’s experience in the aesthetic industry began soon after she graduated from high school. Within just a year of graduating from Summit High School, she received her esthetic’s license from Premiere Aesthetics Institute in Bend, OR. Hannah has always loved the medical side of aesthetics, so she also became a Certified Advanced Esthetician at Spectrum Advanced Esthetics Institute, a top esthetic school in Oregon. What she loves the most about her job is that she gets to help others by using her training and skills to transform people’s skin and body to make them feel their best. When she is not working, Hannah loves being outside with friends and family, wakeboarding behind her boat on the lake, and 4-wheeling in the forest.

Madison started in the Aesthetics industry in 2016 obtaining her Advanced Aesthetics license in Portland, OR. Madison has always had a passion for helping others achieve their goals, whether that be skin care goals or educational goals. Madison has spent the past 3.5 years as a licensed clinical educator at one of the top Aesthetics schools in Oregon. She is a Certified Master Educator for Milady Pro and has a university background in Coolsculpting and Hydrafacial HFX. Madison is passionate about her career and providing result driven treatments as well as educating her clients. In her free time you can find Madison enjoying the outdoors with her two fur children; Jax and Ranger.

Kela has been with EsthetixMD since 2012. Starting with a Reception position, she has since gone on to get her License in Basic and Advanced Esthetics, and is now in Management for Front Desk operations on scheduling, billing, marketing, event planning and on-site day-to-day operations. . She continues to keep up on technical knowledge by attending advanced trainings and continuing education in the aesthetic field. With Certifications in CoolSculpting, Laser Procedures and a passion for skin health, she is a wonderful resource for our patients on product and treatment knowledge. She enjoys the many creative technical aspects of marketing and event planning as well as sharing and educating on skin care, and procedures. Suzy Stone, RN BSN is a Board-Certified Registered Nurse with EsthetixMD. Suzy has been a registered nurse since 2015. She received her BSN from Oregon Health and Science. For the past four and half years, she has been working as a cosmetic injector. Along with being a cosmetic injector, Suzy is also trained in laser and aesthetic treatments. Suzy is passionate about the field of aesthetic nursing and is constantly learning new and innovative techniques to help clients reach their aesthetic goals.
