The first agreements with Elma were very positive. She introduced me to the procedure and explained everything and also organized my stay. The driver, a nice hotel near the hospital and everything needed for the procedure was organized without waiting.Berkan, my assistant through the process, made sure to explain everything to me, since not everyone knows English, it is very important that you have an assistant like I had so that you can ask everyone everything. They were full of support.The procedure was painless, Dr. Aziz and his team did the job even in less time than I expected, they even organized lunch for me after the procedure. Now all we have to do is wait for the results and hope for the best! Thanks to the whole team.

She assisted with booking my hotel and pickup from the airport. Went the extra mile to show me around and also follow up to make sure I was doing well in a new city. At the clinic, Sevim Kaya was representative who went over the surgery procedures and requirement. She was very helpful and dedicate to her job. I still follow up with them 3 weeks later with prompt responses. I will be returning for another hair transplant in the future and hopefully I get to work with the same people again.
