Botox
Q Is it safe to get a facial one day after getting Botox in the forehead, 11s, and crows feet?
A You already have good answers, I want to explain why it is recommended not to do any thing vigorous after Botox. For the Botox to work it takes 5 to 7 days because it has to reach the neuromuscular junction where the nerve ending enters the muscle. Botox block this site so that the muscle can not contract. Usually Botox is bound to the tissue by 24 to 48 h, although its full action is not seen till 5 to 7 days. So you should be safe.

Q Which fillers do you recommend to achieve a balanced face & smoother skin?
A The lines under your eyes is not tear troughs, the tear troughs is just under those lines. The lines are due to loose skin. Few times microneedling RF or PRP may help to thicken the skin in that area. Do not use fillers in those lines it will make your eyes look puffy and may worsen the look. The cheeks could be fixed with any of the thick fillers Radiese usually work well in the cheek areas. Your nasolabial folds are really not deep, if you fill them too much it may give a cat like appearance.

Q Asymmetrical smile - Botox, surgery, or orthodontics?
A I think Botox is the easiest way, If that did not work ( you know after 1 week) then the cause may be little excess skin in that corner of the mouth, then surgery or even laser treatment may be other options

Laser Hair Removal
Q If I have a dark spot on my upper lip, would laser hair removal increase the darkness or help in reducing the darkness? (Photo)
A

Once you do any kind of skin procedure it is very important to avoid direct sun and apply plenty of sun block. Laser hair removal could reduce pigmentation, but occasionally could make it darker. Again avoid direct sun and apply sunblock gradually gets better.
