I received a package of 7 Evolve X Transform treatments. This is the newer Evolve option that combines skin tightening, muscle toning, and fat reduction in a single treatment session. It took a while to get used to the sensation- it's not especially pleasant but it is also not really painful. You do get used it to both over the course of a single treatment & over time with multiple treatments--and you will need at least 4 treatments to see some results, done about once weekly. I have completed 6 or 7 treatments and am really happy with my results so far: I'm not overweight but have some stubborn post-menopausal fat on my stomach that neither diet nor exercise would remove. This treatment has definitely made a difference! The results will continue to improve for some weeks post-treatment, as fat cells take time to clear from your body. My stomach is already flatter, with more muscle definition. No more tummy pouch! Very happy with my results - the fat reduction is permanent but some maintenance (like once a year ish) is likely needed to maintain muscle tone.

This was my 3rd treatment with T-Shape (I had the first two treatments in Newport). All of my sessions were for skin tightening (for my stomach) and cellulite (thighs) and I already see a difference after only 3 sessions! The treatment is comfortable (even with the RF) as it feels like a massage and there is no downtime / restrictions afterwards. I have done other machines, including EmSculpt and didn’t see any results with those so I’m very happy with this, especially as T-shape 2 cost less.
