As our Practice Manager and Licensed Master Aesthetician, Nicole brings over 15 years of medical aesthetic experience to Elite. She has performed thousands of facial laser procedures and is considered our “master” skincare specialist. Highly skilled in CoolSculpting®, Nicole has performed hundreds of body contouring procedures since it was initially FDA-cleared ten years ago. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from UMass Amherst and her Aesthetics License from the advanced Master Program from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2005. She has achieved an impressive range of certifications in advanced laser therapies and other advanced medical aesthetic procedures. Nicole’s bespoke beauty approach combines cutting-edge technology and medical-grade skincare solutions – leaving her patients feeling confident, educated and overjoyed with their results.

Danielle has been a Licensed Aesthetician for over four years. At Elite, Danielle performs a variety of facial and body treatments designed to increase, improve, or maintain the health and appearance of the skin, focusing on facials, and skin resurfacing treatments such as lasers, peels and more

Caroline is a Physician Assistant and member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She has been in the medical field for over 20 years and has been professional aesthetic injector since 2014. Caroline provides a personalized approach to aesthetic medicine with her attention to detail and reassuring approach. She is highly skilled at performing a multitude of neuromodulator and dermal filler procedures, specifically Botox® and cheek and lip enhancements. Caroline is also professionally trained and certified in Microneedling and performing PDO MAX thread lifts. Her education and experience in the medical field is what sets her apart as a trusted and skilled aesthetic injector and a highly valuable member of the Elite team. By using the most sophisticated and advanced medical techniques, Caroline’s clinical experience delivers a natural result that leaves her patients feeling relaxed, happy, and confident.

Maria joined the Elite Medspa + Wellness Center team as a Patient Coordinator and has worked in various medical practices over the past 20 years. She has in-depth knowledge of the practice procedures and services and keeps Elite running smoothly by handling all patient services, including, but not limited to answering patient inquiries and scheduling. Maria’s focus has always been keenly aimed at providing exceptional patient care with an infectiously positive attitude. Backed by experience, organizational skill, and extreme attention to detail, Maria delivers a consistent and positive Elite experience each and every day. Maria’s uplifting demeanour is infectious and her primary goal is to make patients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared-for at Elite!

Sera started her aesthetic career three years ago in the beauty industry. She is a graduate of Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage Therapy and certified in a variety of aesthetic procedures including microdermabrasion, microneedling and advanced dermaplaning. Sera is the lead Spiritual Guru at Elite based on her ability to read auras, her in-depth of knowledge of healing stones and crystals and her overall belief in the importance of practicing self-care. She spends her day assisting Dr. Lieman in aesthetic procedures, making each and every client feel comfortable, safe and connected. She is also a professional makeup artist, certified in lash extensions, lash lifting/tinting and brow tinting. Sera’s positive energy at Elite is essential in delivering an unsurpassed level of comfort to our patients.
