Thank you for your question and photos. Based on your photos your nipples appear to sit below your breast fold which signifies breast sag. I believe you will get a much better result with an implant and lift. Implant alone will not give you a great result.  Good luck

Thank you for your question and photos. I’m sorry you are not happy with your results. My best advice is give it a few more months and see if it improves, massage the area often. My gut feeling is you will need some revision surgery in the future. Good luck

Thank you for your question and photos. I’m sorry you are unhappy with your breasts. The Good news is you have surgical options. Although the use of implants with a peri areolar lift is the usual treatment for tuberous beasts, you have enough breast tissue to forgo the use of implants. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who has had lots of experience with tuberous breasts. Good luck

Thank you for your question. Your surgeon may feel that way but many surgeons including myself do these together on a regular basis without any complications. My advice is visit a few more experienced board certified plastic surgeons. Good luck
