Thank you for your question and photos. Based on your photos your nipples appear to sit below your breast fold which signifies breast sag. I believe you will get a much better result with an implant and lift. Implant alone will not give you a great result.  Good luckDrMaz

I’ve seen 2 surgeons and one said he would avoid a lift and use 410cc - 475cc implants which would give me a good result. The other said I need a lift with a much smaller implant like 250cc. My desired look is big fake looking breasts. So I know I don’t want a small implant.

Although the use of implants with a peri areolar lift is the usual treatment for tuberous beasts, you have enough breast tissue to forgo the use of implants. i’m almost 22. At around 14, i noticed my boobs were a little off. I struggled and still do with wearing certain clothes and going brakes because of my breasts. They’re so ugly. I had breast implants under the muscle 1 week ago. My bicep on my right arm has ached since the day after surgery I get woke up every night in extreme pain from my arm. How long will this last and is this normal?
