I am extremely happy with all my treatments with Dr Leah. I had a thread lift two weeks ago and I was very confident and felt in safe hands, as I was wanting to have this treatment for some time, but was a little worried. I done my research and I had to go to the best thread lift Dr with the most experience and expertise in the Uk, which is Dr Leah. After my first consultation and listening to her knowledgeable and supportive advice I knew I could fully trust her. I felt no pain and the results are showing day after day. I also had Botox which I am very pleased with as it was my first time that Dr Leah has given me Botox so n my forehead and neck and to be honest I will not be going to anyone else after the results I have noticed. It had made such a difference in my over all confidence and face. In the past no one has got my Botox as I wanted it to look. I also have had Polynucleotides under my eye which I am very pleased with the results for a fresh eyed look. I highly recommended the lovely Dr Leah and it’s always such a pleasure and a positive experience to have her doing my treatments. Herself and staff are amazingly supportive and welcoming. Excellent in every aspect.

I am very happy with my thread lift treatment, I had Doctor Leah for my treatment as she performed the most thread lift treatments in the UK. My experience was very good, very quick treatment and I had no bruising and very little swelling and no pain. my lift is very good on cheeks and jawline. I am very happy and would recommend to all who want thread lift treatment. Dr Leah is very good thread lift doctor.

Dr Leah did such a great job. 2 months on and my hands are looking even better than they did following the treatment. Plumper, smoother skin and totally rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this treatment.

I attended the Baker Street Clinic in March 2022 following a thorough telephone consultation with Dr Leah, who talked me through the thread lift procedure, discussed my expectations and aftercare.
My procedure of choice was the Dr Leah Thread lift.

As a 60 year old female my aim was to look my best self on my best day. My expectations were more than fully met, with a firm lifted jaw line and more sculpted appearance.
The procedure produced results quickly with completely manageable downtime. The staff were friendly, reassuring and professional and all questions were answered thoroughly and professionally.
Having considered a surgical face lift in the past, I am glad that I chose a thread lift.
The clinic in Baker Street is comfortable and accessible, and a real welcoming environment. I would most wholeheartedly recommend.

After loosing a significant amount of weight I had started to become concerned that I was experiencing early jowling and a sagging, double chin. I generally looked older then I was and it was something that bothered me.

I came to see Dr Leah as I wanted to look like myself, just rejuvenated and younger. I also wanted to give my lower face a lift. Dr Leah clinic had excellent reviews and after some research I saw that Dr Leah herself was a trainer for Silhouette Soft Thread lift and she had awards for her work. Apparently she was the best! I'm over the moon with my result. I had 8 threads in total and my face just looks thresher, younger and lifted. I feel and look like I've had a mini facelift without the long down time.

I'll definitely be booking in again, and have already recommended my friends.

I have never had cosmetic treatment previously so I was a little nervous, but both Dr Leah and Dr Deepa put me at ease, and I am incredibly happy with the results.

I see Dr Leah Totton for my face (I have had two thread lifts by her and would highly recommend that for anyone who has a sagging jawline!) her clinic offer an emsella chair treatment to stop leaking urine and after 2 kids and with ageing it is something I thought was worth a try. I didn't have a very bad problem to begin with so I wasn't expecting a big change but I have to stay I have been amazed at how well it has worked and I'm surprised more people don't know or talk about this treatment. I went to the clinic 6 times over the course of a few weeks and sat on the emsella chair, it isn't painful and I had all of my clothes on. For anyone who has any issues with leaking, it is a no brainier!

After much deliberation I had a silhouette soft threadlift in February 2018, it has now been 9 months since my treatment and results are better than ever. I visited Dr Leah at her London clinic, I chose Dr Leah because she specialises in this treatment and her reviews were really good and I am so thankful I went to her, as my friend had the same treatment elsewhere and has not got anywhere near as good a result as I have. Dr Leah was lovely and very professional, I had a consultation with her where she assessed my face and explained I would need 8 threads and explained what this would involve and things I had to do before and after, she gave me a list of those. On the day of the procedure I was a little anxious but Dr Leah put me totally at ease, she was kind and friendly and the procedure took her no more than 30 minutes and did not hurt other than the initial anaesthetic which she injected which stung a little. I had a little bruising near my hairline on the left side the next day but nothing too bad and I went back to work 4 days later and no one suspected a thing. I saw Dr Leah for my check up appointment a few weeks later and we were both very pleased with the result, I have seen her since for my botox treatment and we both agree that my thread lift results have got better and better with time. Highly recommend this treatment and hIghly recommend Dr Leah.

The results are amazing! I no longer have people saying I look tired! I now have many more compliments about how great I look. It certainly has boosted my confidence. I look in the mirror now and see a fresher faced me instead of a tired version of me!

I was surprised at how comfortable the thread lift procedure was. I had a bit of bruising which can be expected but nothing that couldn’t be covered up after a few days with makeup. I am now experiencing the full benefits as it takes a while to settle. I would 100% recommend this procedure and wish I had had it done sooner. I will certainly have it done again when required. Best decision I ever made!

Dr Leah is very professional but so lovely that she puts you at ease straight away. I was very nervous to have the Silhouette Soft Thread lift as I had never had any thing done before, but desperately wanted to do something about my sagging jowls, but there was no need to be nervous as the treatment was painless and over quicker than I had expected. I followed Dr Leah's aftercare advice and I had no problems at all. Hardly any bruising or swelling, and within a week I had amazing results!
I will definitely have the treatment again it was worth every penny and I have recommend Dr Leah to my friends.
