Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery - Miami

I wanted to share my experience as I know how challenging the decision to have a surgical procedure can be.

I was extremely nervous about getting a mini face and necklift, but after doing loads of research and meeting with Dr. Vasyukevich, I felt completely at ease. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I never felt rushed or pressured—just well-informed and cared for.
His staff was equally amazing—always helpful, organized, and reassuring throughout the process. They made everything feel smooth and supportive from start to finish.

The recovery was easier than I expected. The first 24 hours were the most uncomfortable, but passed quickly and after that I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly things improved. I was out in public and even attending events within two weeks (with the help of a strategic hairstyle for coverage).

I’m thrilled with the results. I’m on the younger side for this procedure, but I wanted a more lasting solution than non-evasive procedures could offer. I am so pleased I went this route! What I love most is how natural it looks—all my concerns vanished, no messing around with endless temporary solutions, but still me.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Vasyukevich to anyone considering facial surgery. It was 100% worth it and Dr. Vasyukevich is exceptional and a true artist.

I did a tremendous amount of research before choosing a plastic surgeon and ultimately made an excellent choice when I put my trust in Dr. Konstantin. I did not want to take any unnecessary risk with an elective procedure — especially on my face! And I did not want a plastic surgeon that operates on many different parts of the body. I took great comfort in knowing that Dr. Konstantin focuses solely on the face and neck, and has performed thousands of face- and neck-lifts. His before and after photos demonstrated his artistic ability in achieving very natural results, which was very important to me. After meeting with him and his great team, I felt so confident that I decided to move forward earlier than anticipated with a deep plane facelift as well as blepharoplasty of my upper eyelids. While I still have some healing to do (that only I can see and feel), at 11 weeks post op I am very happy with my great results! My visit to Dr. Konstantin's office was exceptional. After saving for a considerable time to afford to do injectables I booked an appointment. I knew when I booked that this is a high-end practice, and I feared I might be treated differently but was I wrong. Arriving in casual attire on my way to work, I was greeted with the same warmth as if I were adorned in designer clothes and diamonds.
Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor and the injector, made me feel at ease and like I belonged. Dr. Konstantin was incredibly warm and attentive to my concerns, and the injector was so kind that I trusted her advice completely. I departed feeling fantastic about the services rendered and the entire experience. A heartfelt thank you to the staff for their uniform kindness and respect, regardless of one's background or appearance; it truly meant the world to me.

I had a deep plane facelift and neck lift with Dr. Konstantin in November 2022. From the consult to pre-op to the surgery itself and recovery.... I couldn't have imagined a better experience. I am in my late 40s and experienced sagging in my neck and some drooping in my lower face. I consulted with several surgeons and found Dr. Konstantin to be honest, having a great aesthetic eye, and a skilled surgeon. Everyone in his team is kind, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent experience and recovery. I am beyond happy with my results and all my concerns were addressed. My bruising was minimal and I was out and about comfortably within 2 weeks after surgery. My result is natural... no one suspected I had had anything done. I can honestly say I look 10-15 years younger and feel it as well! I give dr. Konstantin the highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed!
