My case is quite complex. I have scoliosis (a curve of the spine) that has been somewhat corrected with fusion surgery. My body twisted as I grew which meant I had uneven breasts and torso. I went to a Harley Street surgeon wi gave me implants (360cc MP and 300cc high profile). They didn't offer much symmetry and were uneven in terms of shape, size, inframammary fold, and nipple placement. I met Dr Karaaltin and his assistant Murat in London and felt in good hands. Karaaltin and hi team gave me a mini lift, moved one nipple, and took fat from my stomach, love handles, and back to sculpt even breasts and even hips with greatly reduced hip dips. The Dr and team have good English and are kind and listened to what I wanted to achieve. I am only four days post-op but healing well & happy. The hospital and nurses are amazing! Very clean and lovely kind people who care about your comfort.

I am officially Professor Dr. Karaaltin Doll yaaaay. The best decision I have ever made in my life. I can't thank you enough.  Updated on 23 Aug 2020: After being discharged, i wud advice for u to come wit someone just to lend a hand, getting up from bed is a bit of struggle, toileting is a challenge cos u r wearing the tight garments n pain is minimal due to pain killers n yes u get to walk around wit these little filter/suction bottles attached to u all in all am loving ma new body Updated on 23 Aug 2020: Updated on 30 Aug 2020: Loving the boobies Long way to go Updated on 31 Aug 2020: My didn’t look my age at all, I didn’t have the confidence to dress in anything pretty or flattering, I had to hide myself at parties or beaches I felt so ugly, the thought of undressing in front of a partner I Neva dreamt of, I didn’t look good with or without clothing n for that I comfort ate n locked myself away until I got the courage to do something about it n do surgery as my last resort n I got engaged wedding date set for Xmas am thanking everyone involved in remodelling me to becoming THE BEST VERSION OF ME! Horrible experience and very disappointing results, that I now have to spend triple the actual surgery cost on correcting. I wish I had never chosen Dr Karaaltin. The terrible results aside - the whole experience was traumatizing. The “consultation” with him was the day before surgery, AFTER MIDNIGHT. He was apparently on his way home from Iraq, and I had to stay awake until after midnight to have the consultation. He barely looked at my body, was mostly just joking and talking about his work in Iraq. I was terrified to continue, but since I had traveled from another country and everything was taken care of, I needed to trust the process. I should’ve realized that this doctor was incompetent. My results are awful tbh. But the whole experience was just as awful.
